Title: Used for making yogurt.
Review: It worked perfectly on my instapot. Once I figured out how to clip it on. That's on me. But once I got it clipped on right it worked just fine. It's much sturdier than the little digital ones. Worth the money. Seems like my yogurt came out much better with this one. I was able to hang it on the side to watch the temp slowly go up and stirred every 5 or 10 degrees. It made life a lot easier to just be able to let it hang on the side and keep an eye on the temp. With the little digital ones you have to dip it in & then clean it off each time. Well I do. No worry about any thing getting in your yogurt from the constant handling. So yes good product.

Review: I wish it came calibrated because it was 20 degrees too low. Once I figure out how to calibrate it I will give it a better rating.

Review: Temperature dial works exactly like it supposed to. The only thing I don’t love is the clip holds it against the side of the boiler. I have to believe it affects the reading somewhat.
