Review: The sandwiches come out much smaller then expected. It takes too long to cook them. And if you're making cheese sandwiches, it makes a total mess and is hard to clean up as the cheese melts over the sides and into small cracks or crevices.

Title: Great addition to kitchen tools
Review: Have made both waffles and paninis with this maker. Waffles come out yummy, do not stick; paninis are wonderful. Had to get use to the red and green light because there is no timer - but that’s ok because the waffles and paninis come out great, as long as i keep an eye on the maker. Please know that there is no on/off switch - so again, do not veer off to far away from the maker. That is the reason for the 4 start.

Review: Product came with a warranty card, but no instructions. The top handle hinge came out of the socket with the first time use, second sandwich. I’m unable to get this piece back in the hinge so it’s not useable.
