Title: Some awesome recipes.
Review: I'm going to have so much fun with this. Some friends have gone through it too and we've got a bunch we need to try. So often cookbooks only have a couple of recipes that actually sound good. There's a TON in here we're planning on trying. Looks like its going to be a lot of fun to experiment with.

Title: Cheesecake Bible
Review: Just received my book. Havenât made any of the recipes yet but will post on the results. It has a lot of tips and goes over a lot of basic Information which is great for a new baker like me. Only complaint is I wished there were pictures of each recipe. Would like to see the final product with decorating ideas for each cake. Most recipes seem straight forward and simple. Some are above my knowledge or experience at the moment, like proper melting of chocolate using a broiler or suacepan and metal bowls in hot water, but I will figure it out with YouTube!

Review: Some of these reviewers are full of crap. There are 32 pages of photos (if you like to cook by looking at pretty pictures), and the paper quality is just what it needs to be -- 300 recipes on high quality paper would make this twice the size). I have not tried the recipes yet, but I have cooked with the author and he is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about cheesecake. Plus, working for Disney making 300 cheesecakes a day for many years, he's made more cheesecake than anyone else on the planet. I'll be back if I hate this book, but it's a bargain for these recipes at this price.

Review: I'm very happy with this book, there are so many delicious looking recipes I'm making a different cheesecake each week, to the delight of my boyfriend! :)The only thing, we both agree there could be some more pictures, there are 3 or 4 sections throughtout the book of about 6 pages of pictures of some of the recipes.It's got a contents page and a good section at the beginning of the book giving you the best techniques, tools and ingredients. On each recipe page it's got tips and a variation that you might like to try instead, I like the layout of the book as it's all very easy to follow and understand. I'm extremely happy I got this.
