Title: Great quality...SUPER SHARP!
Review: It's well-made and feels solid in the hand. You could see and feel the differences in all the details of this knife, as well as how sharp it is. Just make sure you are careful with it though. I wiped the water away with a towel and found out later that the towel has several holes on it...LOL!!!

Title: Japan made
Review: My husband is a chef and loves Henkel productsWe bought a few knives while in Switzerland that do have the Henkel name on the bladeHe was disappointed that this knife is stamped with made in Japan(even though they do make good products)He also who he’s the handle was a little bigger/ longer for the weight distributionWe almost sent it back for these reasons but decided to try it outOverall, he loves it!
