Title: Know your math!
Review: b bought this book as a follow-up to the Everything Guide to the Ketogenic Diet. That book made no reference to nutritional values or macros for the recipes. This book does include that and it also contains more recipes than the other book. The only problem was that when it lists how many servings there are in the recipe it does not tell you what size the servings really are. For example, the salad dressings will tell you that the recipe serves 16, but it does not say how many ounces or tablespoons that serving is. Easy if it is all liquid ingredients, but several of them are not. You still have to really know your math to be able to determine the serving size.

Review: I love this book. I have been on the ketogenic diet for several months now and already have seven cookbooks but I wanted something with quick and easy recipes for one or two people. This book has it. The recipes I have tried taste amazing. I made the Mediterranean rollup for lunch. So good! For dinner I had a stuffed baked avocado... Wonderful. I didn't even know you could bake avocado. I always ate them cold. But warm and filled with cheese was amazing. I'm looking forward to the Brownie Cheesecake and the orange chocolate fat bomb. I think I might be making something new every day for a while. This book is chock full of recipes about 300 of them and also lots of information on the Keto diet. Each recipe lists the macronutrient count so that you can enter them into your diet calculator to keep track of your daily intake. This book has the usual meal categories,breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks but also has a section for vegetarian, slow cooker recipes and a large collection of fat bombs.
