Review: This book is put together very nicely! I got it as a kindle book but really want to buy the book itself. It’s step by step easy explained recipes that anyone can understand! I love that it takes you through everything and explains the different kinds and ways of dumpling making. I am very impressed with how this book was put together and I highly recommend it!! Probably one of the best explanation giving cookbooks I’ve bought!

Title: Best for beginners!
Review: So, I've gotten a bit obsessed with making different kinds of Asian dumplings after eating them over the years, and of the four books I've recently bought, this one's the best for a newby at the art. The collection of recipes is a nice mixture; the illustrations showing how to fold, pinch and pleat the dumplings are excellent, and the tips and tricks (especially the cornstarch-slurry one) are invaluable. I did find myself wishing that there was more about the ingredients-- I mean, 'wheat starch'? I eventually ordered it from (of course) Amazon when the two largest Asian groceries in my area didn't have it; a little more info would be helpful. Otherwise, no complaints, and I'm learning to make my dumplings and happily eating the results.

Review: There is not one recipe in this book that I wouldn’t make. Instructions are clear and easy to follow…ingredients aren’t weird..nothing I don’t already have or can’t pick up at the local H Mart. I’m happy to have recipes for delicious dumplings and sides that I’ve had in restaurants. I’m already planning a dumpling party!!

Review: I’m being generous when rating this 3-stars. I couldn’t help being disappointed… With the title being “Dumplings for beginners”. Step by step lessons along with the raving reviews.First off, I’m a visual kinda person. If there is a picture of delicious food then I want to make it. This book lacked pictures. The entire book contains only (8) photos. As for the step by step lessons… it is broken down in writing with selected steps shown in drawings not photos. For a “beginners” book… I had higher hopes and I honestly expected more.I did end up keeping the book because honestly I was too lazy to return it. I am still yet to try a making something…But from the raving reviews I hoping that there are some amazing recipes.Will provide updated review when I finally dive into this book.
