Title: Soup bags are good to use.
Review: I finally learned about 12 years ago the importance of soup bags when making chicken soup. I was always worried about bones in my soup. These bags are long enough for a small chicken or 1/2 of a larger pullet. What I didnât like was that it was delivered stuffed in the mailing bag. I gave each one a good rinse before using. It was a good value vs. buying smaller ones and less amount in a package at a market.

Title: Store onions, soup making, etc.
Review: I use these to store my onions in the refrigerator so that they donât shed their skins and make a mess in the drawer. Of course I love throwing my entire chicken in there when I make chicken soup so straining, it is not a problem with tipping a pot of boiling broth, straighten out the bones.

Title: So easy!!
Review: I love making broth, so annoying to cook for hours, cool, strain.... this is amazing! Plop all the ingredients into the sock, add to water in pressure cooker and in just one hour I have beautiful caramel colored stock! Then pluck it out, toss, and done!So much better than processed food :-)Love this sock.
