Title: Never cook vegetables for 8 hours!
Review: I tried a few recipes from this book. I cooked all exactly as instructed. None were good. I should have known when the instructions had me adding vegetables like broccoli, etc. at the very beginning...and cooking them for 8 hours. They were total mush! I do not recommend this book.
