Title: Totally worthless if your not a professional chef
Review: Every recipe has one or more ingredients that I have never heard of or don't know where to get. Such as Goats meat, Kaffir lime leaves, fenugreek, asafetida, curry leaves, lemongrass, etc. There are no simple recipes using common ingredients. I get more practical curry recipes free on the web
