Title: The most comprehensive Mexican cookbook ever!
Review: Hello inqusitive one! This cookbook is an encyclopedia of authentic Mexican recipes which includes a huge variety of recipes which are presented with exceptionally clear instructions, delightful enticing pictures and all the organized information you need to tackle creating some super delicious Mexican meals of different meat, seafood, vegetable and egg entrees, soups, stews, appetizers, sides breads/tortillas, dips, drinks and desserts! These are her personal multi-generational family recipes which are by far superior to the other recipes I've evaluated to make the delicacies she includes. I'm not Mexican but love Mexican food and this undoubtedly gives me the confidence to make some super delicious meals for years to come. It includes all my favorites (which are plentiful) which I'm thrilled about. I've watched her videos sometime online before ordering this book so I was confident in making the choice to purchase this book as I was literally excited to learn she had been working on her very own cookbook! So naturally I immediately pre-ordered! So go for it! Your taste palates will forever be grateful and you will not regret your purchase. Absolutely worth the investment. The quality of the book itself is very high. Makes a wonderful gift too! I'm going to buy a few more books for my sis and BFF to enjoy! I'm an average cook but this book is going to carry my Mexican food cooking capacity to a higher level! The ingredients aren't wildly exotic or difficult to obtain so that's a major plus for this SoCal wannabe chef who is not interested in crowding my kitchen with ingredients I will rarely use and will go to waste. Title: Amazing cookbook!
Review: I have been watching Claudia on YouTube for years now, and I love to watch her cook because it comes across as so easily done, the recipes just seem so quick and fast and delicious. When I realized that she had a cookbook, I immediately purchased it! It is a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds! I have never bought a cookbook on Mexican food before, but I had no doubts since it was Claudia’s book. Her home style recipes are presented in a straight forward and logical manner, and come across as so easy to make for anyone who might be following her recipe. I have only ever tackled very easy things at home like (American style) tacos, breakfast burritos, and things similar, but I have already seen several recipes that I want to make immediately so I am trying to decide which one(s) I will make first. I am so proud of Claudia for having her YouTube channel and her cookbook! She is an amazing young lady, mother, and wife, and she is just one of my favorites because of her relaxed home style, and how she shows her love for her family and others through her food. and let me just add that this cookbook is put together a lot more clearly and efficiently, and with all of the lovely photos, then so many “ professional chefs” cookbooks have been produced. I collect cookbooks, and I notice these things. Bravo, Claudia!
