Title: Simple, healthy, well written, beautiful dishes!
Review: This book has so much to love! From the God centered tips and family stories...to the simple, beautiful recipes. The photographs are lovely and food doesn't look overly staged, something a good home cook can get as a result. The ingredients are easy to find, and the steps are not complicated. I can't wait to try the piecrust recipe! They way the book is written makes the recipes very practical and approachable - not intimidating at all. I have my fair share of cookbooks and cook a lot for my family due to food allergies. These recipes and practical tips are as wonderful as all the other reviews say!

Title: Beautiful!!!
Review: This is the first time I've loved a cookbook this much in YEARS. The food is delicious, yet mostly traditional, made with items you either already have on hand or that will be easy to obtain. The photos are gorgeous. I even bought an extra copy to give as gift after going through this book. Do yourself a favor! If you want simple, delicious and healthy food, look no further.

Title: Best cookbook I own
Review: I will start by saying that very few cook books live on my shelf. Less than 5 total have been spared return but are never used I was certain this would be the same. Fancy recipes, professionally staged photos that don’t look like the dish when an average person cooks it, obscure ingredients and vague instructions have really turned me away from recipes. When I got this book, solely based on the reviews, I found myself unable to stop flipping through the pages. Beautiful and realistic photos of all the dishes graced the pages. The author gave a few personal stories of how she developed her food philosophy and a few sweet family food memories that I very much enjoyed reading. The methods were so short and sweet but very clear and hard to mess up. The recipes…. My goodness I don’t know how to properly express. They are the epitome of simple, family oriented, nourishing (with a few fun special occasion treats) and so feasible to recreate! The recipes made me excited to cook and as I turned each page I found myself thinking “My family would so enjoy this”. Everything felt so warm and welcoming. Meals your family can enjoy or a room full of guests. Nothing has fuss or difficult steps. They were created by a home cook and mother and created for them as well though I am certain even a seasoned chef would enjoy them as they are just so comforting. All in all, I cannot think of a better book to gather recipes from. This one is a must for every kitchen.

Title: Great cookbook with delicious recipes!
Review: I have enjoyed "Hope's Table: Everyday Recipes from a Mennonite Kitchen. The first recipe I tried was the meatloaf. My husband loves meatloaf, and this recipe was a big hit with both of us. It was good enough to be restaurant quality. My mother-in-law always made a delicious meatloaf, but this one beat hers! I have other recipes tagged to make. Most of the recipes use items that you would already have in your pantry, and there is no strange ingredients that you have to look for. I highly recommend this cookbook.

Title: Best Cookbook I Own!!!
Review: I cook most of our meals, we eat out very rarely. If you have a reasonably well stocked pantry, you can make almost everything in this cookbook without leaving your home. I love that! Everything I’ve made has been amazing. We made the citrus grilled chicken tonight. So good.

Title: Simple. Tasty. Beautiful.
Review: The recipes are simple without losing flavor. We fresh grind our wheat, buy high quality sea salt, etc and have never had a "bland" recipe. It does not have strange ingredients you use in just one recipe and it is so nice to finally have wholesome ingredients that you can find in any true homestead. She also includes sweet stories of her life and have made me look at food in a whole new way. The photography and layout are beautiful and easy to look at without searching around. I never realized how much I loved the format and have based my own personal cookbook off of it. I will say that if you work at 9-5 job it may be hard to cook some of the recipes because some require a lot of waiting time. Time for bread to rise. Time for things to cook. Overall, this is my favorite cookbook and I highly recommend.
