Title: Great
Review: I'm trying to eat a more Mediterranean diet, and I have a hard time because I love food and do not like a lot of the "diet" foods. However, I love the easy and yummy recipes. I can eat vegetables, fruits, and lean meats but never really find great recipes combined with all of this food. This one is a great one. Stuff that sounds good to eat.

Title: We need to slim down but like real food
Review: My husband and I are foodies but chunky ones. We need to slim down but like real food, not "diet fare". This book provides many healthy recipes using the Mediterranean Diet principles of lean meats, olive oil, etc. The recipes are from various places like Greece, Italy and Spain. We highly recommend it and love the recipes. We've made one in particular, a fish soup, that is fantastic.

Review: Everything I have made so far has been amazing. My family can't wait to see what comes out of the kitchen next. We made banana bread, and cookies that were so good even our pickiest eaters loved them. The sheet pan salmon and the chicken piccata are simply delicious. Gorgeous recipes!

Review: The recipes are really easy to follow and had me try foods I had never eaten before (like figs). The recipes use different cooking methods like an Instant Pot, air fryer, oven, food processor, and stovetop. I don’t have an air fryer but i will buy it.

Review: After starting a new job I noticed I was stuck in a bit of a take-out food rut so I've been looking for simple ways to introduce healthier recipes back into my diet. I'm not one for diet-plans as I have very limited impulse control but these are so delicious and the information included in the book on the history of the region, cuisine, and dietary health benefits is really very interesting. There's a great sample schedule as well which makes meal prep very easy (if you're into that) and if not there are a number of incredibly simple recipes. The mint pesto chicken in particular is super simple and crazy delicious. If you're looking for a few new mediterranean recipes or looking to overhaul your diet and commit to a healthier lifestyle, this is a great starter book! Loving everything I've tried so far.
