Title: Finally a Cookbook for one that wasn't a waste of my money!
Review: Kids have flown the coupe. No need for large meals any longer. Most days I'm cooking for just one. I have purchased many Healthy Cookbooks for One in the past. Most use ingredients that I have never heard of and did not want to spend a fortune going out to buy them. Plus they aren't ingredients that sound like I would enjoy or want to eat. I love this cookbook. It uses simple and familiar ingredients I already have in my pantry. Recipes are easy to follow, healthy and taste good. I highly recommend this cookbook.

Review: There are great recipes in this cookbook. it's nice to have ideas for cooking for one. There are recipes for soups, pastas, poultry and meat and even some desserts. At the end of each recipe page are listed the amount of calories, fat, sodium etc. There are also helpful tips such as minimizing food waste. There is lots of info in this small cookbook. So if you are cooking for one you may want to purchase this book, and treat yourself to fabulous eating.
