Review: I've use SS holders forever and they work fine once I find a can to use as I'm not a beer drinker - small soup cans ok. Some cicken sticks to them no matter ehat you do.These ceramic ones are ideal for whole chickens or just to put in grill with whatever liquid you want for any item you grill. Steams away. Review: Not only did it deliver great flavor but it also was easy to clean. I have owned several of the metal wire type but hated having to clean them. This was very easy. Just scrape the big prices and place in dishwasher. It came out sparkling clean. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to cook beer bottom chicken.
