Title: Fantastic Soups
Review: We enjoy having soup year round, and decided to give this cookbook a try. What is best about it is, the soups are easy to make and fantastic! We have made the Pork Pozole Verde, Miso Soup, Slow Cooker Shoyu Ramen minus the pork (we like our Ramen meatless), and Lentil and Red Pepper Soup. Looking forward to trying more of the recipes.

Title: Well Known and Modern Comfort Soups
Review: The variety of soups is amazing. The tips after each recipe are so helpful. I am going to take a giant leap for me and make the soup that uses miso and an Asian seaweed ingredient. Who knows? Maybe it will become a favorite.

Review: This book disappointed me. Yes, there are some good recipes. I was disappointed that there were no nutritional values with each recipe. I was looking for more classic soups like a good cream of mushroom, a mushroom barley soup, a strawberry or other cold soups.
