Review: This book has very few pictures, it really helps to see what you are going to make. As the ole saying goes a picture is worth a thousand words.

Review: I see that a previous reviewer did not like this cookbook. I love it. The recipes are easy to complete from an American market. Great explanations and descriptions. But if you're looking for a complete Mexican recipe book, this isn't it. These recipes are great but aren't part of the TexMex recipe world. These are refined recipes, some of these I've never seen before and I'm hispanic. So this book is a good addition to my library alongside a TexMex book.
