Founded in Maryland in 1989 near the epicenter for hot pepper growing and development. Pepper Joe made it his goal to provide pepper lovers from all across the country with high quality seeds.

Review: Heat is somewhat strong and goes away way too quickly for something that is supposed to be upwards of 2 million scoville. Flavor not bad, but not great either.

Title: This sauce has changed, downgraded..
Review: Used this for years and unfortunately same as many products these days this has been recently downgraded on ingredients .. The once thick robust blueberry sauce has been watered down significantly with app 60% less solids very thin now .. It still retains similar albeit weaker flavor but very degraded less flavor and requires 2X as much for same heat .. If your paying attention many products are falling victim to inflation, shrink-flation and or lesser product quality ingredient cuts.. Too bad, its ruining everything

Title: Mostly just vinegar
Review: As a huge fan of Hellfire Blueberry sauce, I thought I'd try this. Big mistake. Consistency is much more watery than I was expecting. It's flavor is dominated by apple cider vinegar. It's so strong that I can't make myself enjoy it. It is weak in blueberry flavor, but sure does have a ton of sugar added to make it sweet. Now concerning the heat, it is decent. Not as hot as Hellfire for sure. Heat quickly dissipates. But none of this matters because it's mostly just vinegar.
