Review: There they are - the real deal - recipes of very "French" foods! Her selections of the essence of TRUE French dishes and the relative simplicity of making them are just ingenious! Richter really shows her knowledge of the French countryside eating with this. Furthermore, the Italian version for Italian dishes is likewise authentic. If you've spent lots of time in France or Italy, you really don't look forward to just any old cookbook - you want to repeat the experience. In this tiny little book, you GOT IT! Lovely and well done!
