Review: As I have come to expect from BC, recipes have nutritional data and are a combination of scratch recipes and recipes utilizing BC cookie mixes (8), cake mix (1), and Bisquick (1). Cookbook also has metric conversion charts. Good book to refer to when you want a cookie but undecided if you want to make it from scratch or not.
