Title: Excellent Brand
Review: These cookies are excellent. Multiple options in this box of cookies. Unfortunately the cookies were received in pieces and chocolate was melted. Quite a mess. This damage was caused by poor packaging. Normally Amazon packages items extremely well often double boxed or surrounded in a separate plastic bag. This box of cookies was not protected at all. It was placed with other items without anything to cushion the it inside the shipping box. It was obviously bouncing around inside the shipping box and the cookies were all damaged. I was shocked at how poorly this box of cookies was shipped….very poor shipping by Amazon shipping department.

Review: Arrived on time. This was a single order of cookies. They taste great! The shipping process was a bit brutal and a lot of the cookies were broken to bits. That however did not stop me from eating and enjoying them!

Review: Cookie box was packed in a brown paper mailer. Not much foresight there. Contents were crushed, some cookies unrecognizable, but the tiny pieces and crumbs were tasty. Cookies, if intact, would have been a 5, the packaging and state of the cookies an inflated 1.

Review: They are delicious. You definitely can't just eat one.. or five. But they are always broken and battered. I originally ordered the chocolate collection to offer to guests who were coming to visit but they were such a mess I had eat them myself... which was fine with me.
