Title: Easy sample collection, pending results
Review: The kit is nice because it comes with everything you would possibly need to complete and ship the sample. You don't even need your own bandaid or gauze!The instructions are very clear and there are several easy to follow videos to help guide the process.Sample collection was easy - prick finger and draw blood. It says 4-6 drops are needed, but I found it was a lot closer to 10-12 for me. Not a big deal, just worthy of note.It appears that your sample collection is verified in real time. FYI - don't upload a blurry picture otherwise it will prompt someone to start a video call with you! I just reset the image uploader and manually uploaded a photo rather than using their photo capture. If you want to talk with someone, seems like people are readily available!Note, you have to have a smart phone or internet enabled device to use the test because you have to register. I'd say this is a con to this test kit and creates an unnecessary barrier, especially to older generations who may not be as tech savvy.A noteworthy con for me is that it was VERY hard to find any information on how they use health data BEFORE registering. This is particularly concerning to me. After reading company reviews online, I decided to register, and then was prompted with an e-document that resembled an informed consent form. I can imagine that not many people read it since it was very hard to read on a phone. It covered privacy practices, legalese, etc.In terms of accuracy, I am waiting to hear back on my results. It has only been a few hours since I dropped off the kit at USPS (make sure you drop off at USPS!!) and will update this review after I get results. Supposedly this will be 2-5 business days after the lab receives my sample.

Title: Extremely user friendly, great kit!
Review: This kit comes with quite literally everything you could possibly need to collect a sample.It comes with extremely thorough and easy to understand instructions, a full explanation of what to expect in terms of sending it out and receiving the information back.Iâm actually really impressed with the attention to detail with the supplies included, it even comes with a bag to dispose of the used items. Results are pending but everything up until has been extremely simple. I HIGHLY recommend this.

Title: Long wait for results, not super detailed
Review: The perimenopause test was a bit of a disappointment. It took about 3 weeks to get my results, and when they arrived they didn't say much more detail than what I got from an easier wee-on-the-stick type test. I can see where this testing co could be useful for more detailed tests like the full menopause version though.

Title: Don't Get Your Hopes Up- After Wasting a Bunch of Time I Gave Up
Review: First test indicated there was not enough blood to even submit the sample, even though directions were followed. We were graciously sent a second replacement test, directions were followed and after the photo upload was approved, the time limit was followed for how long to let it sit and dry and it was mailed half an hour after that. Today, we got notification that they could not do the test for reasons because there was not enough blood/serum in the sample, even though they had approved the photo upload of the exact same sample. While they seem intent on trying to make things work, the entire process is time consuming, and you have to have segments of time where you're available to meet their criteria. This last result made it not worth my time to try and resolve it with the company and do a third test. I would not recommend. For the price of this test, and the time put in, I expected a lot more.

Title: Excellent kit with clear instructions
Review: This kit comes in a box with a prepaid shipping label on it. When you open it there is a card with a QR code that you MUST scan in order for the kit to be processed by the lab. Once you scan it a browser window opens asking you to verify if the ID shown matches that on your kit. Once you verify that it takes you to a video with instructions. Note, you must have been fasting for 12 hours (food and alcohol) before taking this test and you should drink 12 ounces of water an hour before in order to optimize the performance of the test. And if you smoke, you must wait an hour after smoking.Once you have watched the video the next step is a series of questions asking you if you've fasted, had water, smoked, etc. If you say No to any of them it will not proceed to the next step. Once you pass the screener you are given instructions on how to prick your finger to apply blood spots to the testing card, how to package the biological sample, and prepare it for shipping. Then you just need to drop it off at the post office or give it to your mail person.I will come back and update with my opinion of the results, without disclosing my actual results. I am a 50 year old woman who has been in false menopause since I was 35 and had an endometrial ablation that ended my menstrual cycles. However, I do suspect I am in the perimenopause phase of my hormones and decided to check using this test.I appreciate these simple home tests that allow me to monitor my reproductive phase and make a decision about whether or not to make an appointment with my doctor.

Title: Good for those who are curious if they are
Review: This AZOVA AllHer Perimenopause Test Kit is good for those (like myself) who are curious if they are at/entering perimenopause phase in their life. I order this purely be curious as I am at the age where it is possible (I haven't got the result yet). I have done a few 'at home' test kits before, so the steps are not unfamiliar to me. Just make sure you read the instructions well before proceeding. The only challenge I had (at no fault of the kit) is that it requires fasting, well, I am not good at fasting and I always forget to do the test before drinking/eating in the morning!
