Easy to Clean: Wash it under running water and leave it air dry. Please DONOT pass it in a dishwasher. Keep it away from humid environment when storage.

Review: This cutting board is made nicely, perfect size to use and is very sturdy and stable when it's on the counter. There is no warping when cleaned and submerged in hot water. The diet around the board helps catch excess water so the counter stays clean It dries quickly after washing for easy storage. Good working cutting board.

Review: Product is well constructed and useable right away. I would recommend a light coat of mineral oil to treat and preserve the board. The compartments are a good size and come in handy to use for cheese slices if using a variety or add other items on the side such as crackers. This can be used to cut vegetables or meats as well so it is not limited to your use. If you decide have two boards you do not have to be concerned with cross contamination as the board is at a reasonable price. In my case this was a supplemental board that I use for other than meat and poultry cuts.
