Title: Versatile
Review: I like that these lights have so many options with white or colored lights and also has a dimming effect. My only shortfall with these would be that there’s no “breathing” effect for the white lights which would be what I would use it for most. I don’t want flashing strobe lights but would really have appreciated a slow “breathing” of the white lights to make my tree shimmer.UPDATE: My lights stopped working after 2 months of storing them. I reached out to the company and they sent me a replacement. Very happy with the company and their one year warranty, the new lights work great. They are such a beautiful product, I really prefer these over the traditional tree light bulbs that are more pointy, these feel more magical.

Review: We are very happy with our strands of Ollny lights. Easy to put on, bright (and dimmable), multiple color options are our favorite quality. That said, one of our two sets had what seemed to be a non-working remote. I emailed. Title: These lights are awesome
Review: I love the fact that you can change these lights from clear to multicolored and a variation of both of those mixed together. My tree is 9 feet tall and I got the longer strand and had no problem with coverage. I am very happy with these lights.

Title: Cannot link two together
Review: These lights are nice and good quality. I’ve used them for two years now for 3 months each. My only issue is that I cannot connect the two series that I bought. I must power them separately. The manual says “don’t connect more than three together” and even shows a connector in a diagram linking two units together, but they don’t provide said connector in the box. That’s a bummer for me. Otherwise the programs, quality, modes, remote control ( even if limited range) etc are satisfactory.

Title: Great product, but... Update 1-21-2023
Review: I would have given all 5 stars for this, but the external remote control was missing from my box. I received the lights, the instructions and the battery for the remote, but no remote. Fortunately, this has a white built-in remote control box (next to the plug). This had most of the same features as the missing external remote (except for the timer and brightness settings). For me this wasn't a big deal: because I like the brightness as is and because I planned to use an external timer instead (sort of like the one currently sold on Amazon entitled, "BN-LINK 7 Day Heavy Duty Digital Programmable Timer, FD60 U6" for $13). Having an external timer gives way more control over when the lights turn on or off.Other than the missing remote, I really love these lights. They were very easy to install and use. A major plus was that the light pattern I set on the built-in remote, returned when powered off and on!! With this single string of lights, I was able to cover the eaves and trim of my whole house and even had enough left over to light my bushes and plants as well!! The light patterns are phenomenal and made my house look the most elaborate on our block (please see the video)!! I used the wave setting which changed colors and from afar it looked like they were on fire!! Almost all of my neighbors commented on how well these looked and were amazed that it was just a single strand. I highly recommend this product!! I just hope you get the remote with yours! ;-)Update 1-21-2023:I updated this to raise it from four to five stars, since the company later contacted me and promptly mailed the remote to me. I really love the customer service!! I like them so much, that this last Christmas I bought another two strings of lights (slightly shorter than the original that I bought earlier) and some of their net lights (all came with the remotes). So far I have used the original set of lights for 4 holiday seasons and they are still working great--rain or shine!! I extremely recommend this company!!!

Title: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Review: If you ask a question more then once they block you. They give you the same answer and then will not respond. I was direct in my questions because I was getting odd responses and unclear communication. I asked for clarification when i followed up they blocked my email address.We have purchased seven sets of these lights and have 3 free sets, and have been customers for 5 years and dedicated to their products. The control boxes KEEP going out and when you tell them they are out they at one point were good about customer service.NOW not so much. They treat you like you are being dishonest about Christmas lights. They ask you to jump through hoops even though you already gave them everything they asked for (order numbers and links). Then to top it all off when you ask them to stand behind the warranty on their website and amazon, or ask for a supervisor because you need the issue solved; they BLOCK your email address. This is absolutely the worst customer service.I was willing to work with them. We have 5 sets out because of rain and snow. All brand new. Two were free from filling out there surveys as a good customer, they will not guarantee those, FYI. Then we bought three new sets and all three sets are out the same problems as before the white boxes do not work because of weather (rain and snow).My original email had everything, I sent them all our order numbers, I sent them our address, they said they would only send one replacement set. I asked why and if they could not answer it to escalate me to a supervisor and I was blocked.I did say we were not able to resolve the issue I would leave feedback for others here. THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THE WARRANTY!!!!! THEY WILL ONLY REPLACE ONE SET!!!. I do not even want the whole set just send me the replacement white boxes. That is the broken piece I have no need for all the extra lights. Beware of buying.
