Review: Unit only worked once, power head issue. I have owned July 2024 to present 11-07-2024. Pretty expensive for (1) USE. I have sent a message to the seller to see if they will replace. Not impressed with product

Title: Defective
Review: Update: 5 stars for customer service; the service is excellent. Prompt response to the msg inquiry. Received a new replacement unit the next day. Unfortunately, the new unit also had the same charging issue. I notified the seller/manufacture and they refunded me the full amount. So here is my final rating:Customer service - 5 starsProduct - 1 starProduct functionality when working properly - 5 starsI ordered this on January 13th, 2024 and used it 4 times, approx. 10 min. each time. This device is great, save me a lot of elbow grease. Also the device came fully charged so I got to use it right out of the box. Now a month later, I had to charge it since the juice ran out. Then that's when I found out the charger doesn't charge properly, I had to hold it in certain angle, otherwise it won't charge and the red light wouldn't stay on. Finally, the battery indicator showed 100%, I disconnected it and tured it on, It lasted 1 minute, literally. The battery indicator said 0. I took a closer look at the charging wire, the unit, and realized the charging connector completely came off the unit; now the device is useless. So two things went wrong: 1) the charging connector is defected 2) the battery dies super quickly. Of course, I couldn't return the product because I am 2 days past the Amazon return policy. Just sent a DM and an email to the seller and manufacturer since it has a one year warranty. For now, I am giving 1 star (or zero if I can) but will update it if I hear back from the responsible parties and report back what they say.
