From the #1 New York Times best-selling author of Celery Juice and Liver Rescue, here's everything you need to know about cleansing to transform your health--and your life.

If you think you don't have any need to do a cleanse--if you're sure you couldn't possibly be harboring any toxins in your body--think again. In today's world, there are poisons and pathogens that threaten our health starting before we're even born, and they continue to hold us back as we encounter them in our everyday life.

Cleansing is a vital tool for fighting against these burdens--as long as you go about it the right way. That's why you need this book. Anthony William, the Medical Medium, has placed a vast wealth of insight and information into a one-stop resource for cleansing of all kinds, starting with his acclaimed nine-day 3:6:9 Cleanse and expanding into life-saving protocols for specific health needs--including an anti-bug cleanse, a morning cleanse, and a heavy metal detox.

You'll discover:
How to choose the cleanse that's right for youA deep dive into the causes of your symptoms and conditionsCritical cleanse dos and don'ts, including modifications and substitutionsThe truth about trendy topics such as intermittent fasting and the microbiomeA guide to supplements you may choose to add to your cleanseThe physical reasons why cleansing can be an emotional experienceMore than 75 recipes and sample menus to get you through your Medical Medium cleanseSpiritual and soul support to remind you that healing is possible
"The cleanses in this book speak to what's truly going wrong inside of our bodies that no trendy lifestyle approach can ever address," Anthony writes. "Have compassion for yourself and know that your suffering is not your fault. Your struggles are not your fault. You're accomplishing great things every single hour and day as you work on your healing process with the powerful tools in this book. I believe you can heal."

Title: Good read
Review: Really good book to read. Very insightful. And gives you lots of recipes to better oneself. The author you can tell took time when writing this book. I'm glad that I picked one up. I'll probably be picking another one up for my family.

Title: Unbelievable help for so many symptoms
Review: I did all of the cleanses in this book the summer I received it (2019?) right after it came out. I had been living with chronic illness and a half life, really rough until these cleanses and all of AW's advice. Thank you Anthony and SOC!!

Title: Another beautiful book
Review: Before I opened the box--because of the book's weight--I thought I must have accidentally ordered 2. It is a BIG book, 570 pages! It is beautifully done just like all his other books with loads of great content, not just some cheap rag printed on poor quality paper.I am 74, not sick or frail, so likely will not formally cleanse but there is still a whole lot off useable information for me.The recipe section is 154 pages of SO simple recipes that I will definitely use.I wish he would print the recipe book separately.Even if you think this guy is wacco you must admit that his best-selling books have helped millions of people improve their diets.Liver Rescue is still my favorite of his books. The one BIG complaint I have is conventional produce vs. organic. He addresses this issue in only one sentence on page 227, "While organic foods are preferable, it's completely understandable if you don't have the accesses or resources to get organic and you need to use conventional instead." Considering his recommendation to drink at least 16 oz of celery juice daily, that's a whole lot of pesticides for a liver to detox if conventional. EWG puts out 2 lists of foods you can get away with eating conventional--"the Clean 15" and 12 that you should only buy organic--"the Dirty Dozen." Celery is in the Dirty Dozen... and apples and most berries.I do drink organic celery juice 5 or 6 days a week but closer to 8 ounces, sometimes only 6. I live in the Twin Cities and do manage to find good prices in varying stores. There are some times of year celery is harder to find when the growers move to different sites. For my favorite brands it is May.If you eat berries and some other produce (even celery!) you should also know that the many of large growers have switched to hydroponics, even organic. They are not grown in the soil, instead a medium to which chemical nutrients are added so you do not get nature's micronutrients. I take the time to research the growers of the foods I eat as best I can. You may be surprised to learn what the US government allows to pass as organic.Even though not everyone can afford or even find organic produce, I think he should spend a whole lot more time in his books and podcasts addressing organics and sourcing quality foods. All in all, another fine book by Anthony and I got mine from Amazon just over $20. Bargain.

Title: I Love AW and Sprit if Compassion But Now Having Worse Symptoms
Review: I love Anthony William and the information that Spirit of Compassion provides.i have almost all of his books and I started buying them and following his protocols last year. I went from having Menier’s episodes (vertigo and vomiting)at least a couple of times a month that lasted 5 hours each episode, to having episodes once every few months, once I started drinking celery juice and eating recipes made from Thyroid Healing and Liver Rescue. I was still drinking coffee and eating fatty foods and sugar, etc. between spurts of eating healthy and I still got relief from my symptoms juicing celery and eating some Medical Medium meals. I’m sure I had and still have a huge amount of toxins in my body. After getting laid off last September I decided to do the Liver Rescue Cleanse. Within 4 days I started having Menier’s episodes every day. So I tapered off of that and just ate as clean as I could per his books. My peri menopause (hot flashes, weight gain, fatigue) symptoms started getting worse (just because of life not anything to do with Anthony William protocols), so I bought Cleanse to Heal when that book came out and tried the 3:6:9 cleanses. I figured I’d kill two birds with one stone and help my menopause symptoms and my Menier’s symptoms by cleansing. Here’s my take:1. These cleanses are a lot of work - chopping, steaming, peeling, baking, for each meal. At the end of the day when you’re tired, especially if you are sick, often the last thing you want to do is cook a labor intensive meal.2. It can be expensive for all of the organic fruits, veggies and supplements. (Sadly junky food is cheaper). You don’t have to eat all organic, but I chose to.3. It is hard sticking to eating only what’s on the cleanse. You get cravings. You have to adjust to only eating fruits, veggies and seasonings, which is hard when you’re used to eating meat and salt.4. It’s very hard doing all of the work for each meal when you are chronically ill. - I started having more Menier’s episodes as my body detoxed and I struggled to stay on the cleanse because I sometimes didn’t have the strength to prepare the meals after an episode. ALSO, I did not always follow the day’s meals exactly to the letter. Sometimes I read the next days meal by mistake and cooked that in place of the actual days meal. Or got hungry and ate extra dates or dried mull berries in between meals, so that’s my bad. But I have a Very hard time with impulse control around food when I’m tired or hungry.5. I’m having more Menier’s episodes than ever now. I need to do the cleanse back to back, but I am dreading that because it’s so much work. I live alone and don’t have someone to do any of the work for me when I’m not feeling well.6. My menopause symptoms were gone after I did the cleanse a couple of times (not perfectly) and have started up again mildly as I eat more normie foods ( more fats).I think it would be so helpful if there was a hotline or AW practitioner that could give advice around my issues, because I believe in Spirit of Compassion’s words. I would love to know what I did wrong to make me have more Menier’s episodes. I’m frustrated that I’m having more episodes because I can’t do anything when I’m dizzy a lot of the time.Tips I have around following this cleanses are:READ the book all the way through first and don’t skip around through it like I did. Don’t assume anything.Maybe read the book a couple of times through. I dog eared pages and used a high lighter pen on all info I knew I’d be referring back to.Prep (chop and store in the fridge) as much of the meals in advance as you can if you have a chronic, debilitating illness, so it’s less work to cook meals on days you are feeling sicker.I’m not giving up on Medical Medium because he helped me so much where doctors could not.
