Title: Great steamer
Review: I did research to find an affordable, effective hand steamer. I needed this to stream clean a bunch of fabric items. It's simple to set up, heats up quickly, and works for a good long time on one little tank of water. It stores easily, too. It seems my model has an updated trigger. It can lock so you don't have to hold it down or it can be unlocked and give you more control over the steam. Recommended!

Review: I researched hand-held steamers and came across this one as highly rated. This steamer lives up to its reputation. It arrived in great condition, was easy to unpack and “assemble” (just snapping the water tank into place) and worked like a charm on new curtains that were extremely wrinkled during shipping. The steamer is easy to hold and warms up to a full steam in seconds. I steamed two 96-inch long curtain panels in a few minutes — no second pass needed.

Title: It works well and until it doesn't, but Black and Decker honors their 2 yr. warranty
Review: If yours stops working and is less than 2 years old B&D DO HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. Ours worked like a charm up until last week. It was just over one year old. We used the "contact the manufacturer" link here on Amazon and we got a replacement for a $7.50 shipping charge. Amazon is not responsible for the warranty, Black and Decker is. Just follow up with them. Pretty simple.

Title: Great steamer!
Review: I bought this to replace my old steamer, of a different brand, that died. This steamer is significantly larger, and that is the only adjustment I had to get used to. It's also significantly better as it is more powerful and has a better water chamber, easier to replace the water if you need to refill in the middle of steaming larger items. The attachments are great, and the long cord is awesome - it makes it easy to steam large objects like curtains, bedspreads and upholstery. Great product!

Title: One of the worst purchases I have made
Review: It is poorly made, barely worked from the beginning, takes up a lot more space than other steamers, overall a piece of garbage you will be tempted to throw out on day 1. Save yourself some money and look elsewhere.

Title: Worked until it did not
Review: Every steamer I have ever purchased seems to stop working within two years and this one was no different. Fortunately, this time I purchased the asurion insurance for three years I am going to try another brand, but I would say whatever you buy they seem to be poorly made appliances, not meant to last . I am purchasing another brand with the money that was immediately reimbursed from the asurion policy when I filed the claim it took two seconds and I will never purchase one without getting the insurance. This is not a promotion. It is a revelation.

Review: Sí es algo pesada y se siente más si uno no está acostumbrado, pero es rápido quitar las arrugas de las prendas, entre más ligero sea el tejido es más fácil quitar las arrugas, no esperes que haga magia sobre telas muy gruesas. Esteticamente tiene muy buena presentación.En mi casa ya es el consentido, lo usamos para planchar la ropa y desodorizarla, limpieza de los sillones de la sala, y adicionalmente, es excelente para matar acaros y chinches.
