Title: Light scent. Gentle on sensitive skin. Gray-ish lather, but it's worth it for me.
Review: I originally purchased this for my son because he has had eczema since he was a baby, and I read that Coal Tar soap helps with it. He uses shampoo with coal tar in it and this stuff. It definitely helps him more than the overpriced eczema soaps they sell in the grocery stores. One day I started using it because I ran out of my own soap. I liked it and kept using it. A side effect I had was that my body acne was severely reduced to nothing. I have no idea why, but that's what it has done for us.I am a person that despises strong smells of any kind, even strong natural smells. This bar has a clean subtle smell to it it, I love it.Cons: it has a gray lather, but it washes off my washcloth clear for the most part. I don't mind it at all. If you use this you will have to clean your bathtub/shower regularly. Just as you normally would, because sometimes I go a while without cleaning it and there is black residue left on the floor of the shower. It comes off fine just like any soap scum, but since it's dark it can put off some people. Just a tip.So if you have sensitive skin that's itchy, or you have a little body acne like me, this can probably help!

Title: What a neat product for shower/bath time.
Review: I've had family members rave about charcoal soap, so I thought I'd try some. I am usually a shea butter soap user. This soap lathers great, doesn't smell, and seems to be a great addition to my bath time. Also, the soap seems to exfoliate skin quickly cause it left me feeling really clean and soft.

Title: Worked immediately!
Review: First of all, I rarely write reviews- but I felt I had to for this product. I didn’t buy this for the scent, I bought this to treat eczema…which I get on my eyebrows, in my ears, and behind my ears. After the second day of using this, I had zero trace of eczema. I have never had a product work as fast as this one. Might not work for everyone-but for me, it was effective and immediate!

Title: Cleans well, softens skin, tightens skin
Review: I have the product mainly 3 stars due to the shipping and lack of packaging. I was sent 6 bars that came in the Amazon package, and the plastic bag that they came in was torn. The individual bars of soap are not plastic wrapped and had scan code stickers on them that were not always easy to remove. My question or concern would be, how are these stored in the Amazon warehouse? How do they arrive? The soap I had, had no scent, which was fine, but made me wonder about that lack of packaging and how they were shipped. For the price of six bars it was a good value, but the lack of packaging and no information with the actual bars of soap in regards to ingredients besides what you read on the Amazon site. I thought I would give these a try, but maybe going back to the Packer Pine Tar soap

Title: The only thing that works for my dermatitis
Review: This is what works for me for my dermatitis! I use this soap whenever I have a flare up on my arms and it's gone within a couple of days, and stays gone for weeks! This has been a godsend for me as I have been experimenting with different creams and soaps and nothing has worked well until I found this. When I use it I make sure to get my body wet, lather the soap on, and work it into my skin for a couple of minutes (especially in the areas where I break out) so that there's long enough contact of the product on my skin. This seems to do the trick as opposed to just lathering and rinsing right away.My only complaint is that the bars don't last very long, and yes they do make a mess in the shower, although it's easy to rinse away. No issues with it staining my shower or curtains. And I love the smell.Will continue to buy this product!
