Title: This thing will last you nearly a decade of daily use!
Review: I bought my first RTIC mug in 2016 for $11.99. I used this thing faithfully almost every single day. I used it even after a student knocked it out of my hand at dismissal in 2019, putting a dent in the bottom so that it didn't sit super flat on the table. Eventually I got a handle for it (should have done that at the beginning). This thing keeps my cold stuff cold and hot stuff hot. For the price, it is totally worth it. I wash my mug in the dishwasher, but recently found out you aren't supposed to do that? Oops. I have noticed over the last few months that it doesn't hold the cold/hot as long as it used to. So now, after 8 years, I am retiring my original (aka it will stay at work so I can drink water out of it), and buying a replacement for my coffee. I hope the new one is a good as the old one. I use giant 2" cube ice in this thing, two of those cubes plus roughly 20 ounces of coffee and some milk and its a perfect fit in this 30oz mug.Side note, I somehow ordered 3 during prime day (not sure how that happened), and you do have to pay return shipping if you want to send them back. Luckily my sister will take one, and I guess for the price I will just keep the other one for when I need it in 8 years- not worth sending back for $7 in shipping on a $16 purchase.Don't hesitate, buy this mug, you will be happy you did. It can totally compete with the more expensive brands out there.

Title: Love the Rtic brand line.
Review: Never disappointed in the quality of the Rtic brand products. It holds the coffee temperature all.day.long. It’s dishwasher safe. Durable (my husband drops his often when he’s carrying too many things) and it’s withheld. It’s lightweight and keeps cold too with ice.

Title: Awesome cup
Review: This cup is a good way to have a cold drink for a long time. Add ice and your drink and when you finish your drink add some more, there will be plenty of ice to accommodate your new drink. All day a cold refreshing drink.I have not yet tried hot drinks.Fast shipping and a great price...I won't cut down any other insulated cup names....you'll see for yourself.

Title: MAGNIFICENT FOR HOT & COLD
Review: PURCHASE DATE: 19OCT16PURCHASE PRICE: $12.00My wife and I were planning a vacation to a Mexico All-Inclusive Resort. My wife knows I love using my YETI cup for all my drinks hot and cold and asked me to order her one so we can take them on our trip (pictures attached). I loved the idea. I went on Amazon and found RTIC being a competitor to YETI and costs way less ($12.00 - 20 oz). Wife agreed to buy the RTIC due to price difference.I was skeptical at first but NOW my wife and I are RTIC fans. YETI and RTIC weigh about the same, have a similar style, and size. We arrived at our vacation resort and used them immediately on some Miami-Vice frozen drinks – 92 degree weather with the sun beaming. No sweat on the exterior of the cup. I compared our drinks and the RTIC was keeping her frozen drink just as cold as mine. The performance was consistent and similar our entire trip. I then asked for a beer and it kept it perfectly cold compared to the cups they give you at resorts. We went to the adult-only swimming pool and noticed other adults had similar cups as us and a wedding party was there and all had RTIC cups. My wife and I were happy and for the price we will order RTIC from now on (sorry YETI but you will always be my first).UPDATE: 19APR17 - My wife and I just returned from a Costa Rica All-Inclusive Resort and we took our cups. Refilled by staff countless times (beer, frozen drinks, mojitos, mixed drinks, etc.) and still look and work as described. I have been asked if used with HOT items (coffee) will you feel it through the cup - absolutely NOT! It is insulated very well and you do not feel any heat from a hot drink.2ND UPDATE: 16NOV17 - Recently tested the cup with a thermometer. The liquid hot water came out of the coffee machine on average of 170 degrees Fahrenheit. After the hot water was dispensed it dropped down to approximately 164 degrees Fahrenheit. I placed the lid on the cup and set a timer for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes the hot water showed a temperature of 152 degrees Fahrenheit. I like my coffee hot and this helps.Please Note: This review is my honest opinion after doing much research and purchasing this product for use.
