Title: Best coffee maker I’ve ever owned!
Review: This is one well designed unit. Nice looking. Squared form factor makes it look less old fashioned more “tech-y”,large amount of coffee, easy to program, easy to fill/empty filter, easy to fill & attach water reservoir (only have to lift it less than 1” to attach). A PERFECT NO DRIP LID on the pot. Great filter-very little “crud” on bottom when pouring last cup. Long “warming” time-up to 4 hours. Three brew strengths.Only cons are: reservoir on back, BUT keeping the unit on a small tray allows me to slide the unit out and access the reservoir very easily.DO NOT use the guides on the filter for the amt of coffee to use. You’ll be up for a week!Love the 14cup size but a full pot is kind of heavy to lift.All said it’s still a full 5 star unit.

Title: Working well so far
Review: I bought this specifically for the water tank. Once you have one you can’t go back. Easy controls. It does drip on the hot plate when you pull the pot out. There’s a lot of water & humidity build up in the basket compartment. Otherwise, running great & keeping coffee hot.

Title: Excellent Coffee Machine, No Extra Parts
Review: I've had this product for 7 months now. It makes great coffee and plenty of it. However, recently the water reservoir has begun to leak at the fitting where it attaches to the machine. When you remove it to fill it with water this fitting leaks. It is not replaceable. You can not buy a replacement for it. The only replacement parts available are the coffee pot and the reusable filter. I had called the manufacturer and this is what I was told. You can simply use the coffee pot to refill the water, and that is what we're doing now.

Title: Quit brewing
Review: I owned this coffee maker for three months. It worked fine. Brewed nice hot coffee and stayed warm. Then it stopped brewing hot anything. The plate would get warm and that was all. The display went blank and now it doesn't do anything but take up cabinet space.

Title: Terrific coffee maker!
Review: I was hesitant to write the review after just one week of use, but it’s been consistently producing great coffee each morning and I’m thrilled I bought it! The touch screen is very easy to use, there are 4 choices of brew to choose from, though we’ve only tried bold and robust so far. I love the alarm and keep warm features. You can set it to keep the pot warm for up to 4 hours and at 3 different settings: low medium or high (medium keeps it plenty warm). It’s a nice looking coffee maker and the best part for me is that it makes the exact amount of water poured in the reservoir (love that it is separate from machine for easy cleaning). Other coffee makers I’ve tried ended up with sometimes 1-2 cups less than what water was input. The lighted filter makes it easy to see how much coffee is in the filter (helps if you lose track of counting like I do). It was very important I have a 14 cup coffee maker and in full transparency I have only made between 8-10 cups, but I have faith, based on my experience this week, that it will continue making strong, hot coffee no matter the amount.

Title: Terrible snapping noise from hot plate
Review: I was so excited about this coffee maker. The reusable filter is amazing, and even lights up. However as the hot plate continues to keep warm, the machine makes an awful snapping noise. It almost sounds like electrical spark which is worrisome. The touch screen is rather hard to use as well. So disappointed because I was really excited to get a new coffee maker.
