Table-Safe Cork Bottom: When Mugs filled with hot coffee, no worry about burning your hand or fingers; the cork bottom not only insult the heat but also prevents scratching and staining, anti-scald and without “clink” noise, especially protect wood desk or glass table well, it is a great choice for the office or home use.

Title: Worth the price
Review: You get what you pay for, they are nice mugs, they hold coffee in them. The lids don’t stay on though, they’re not travel mugs so don’t go turning them upside down (I didn’t do that) The cork bottoms are held on by two tiny magnets that came off after one use, could probably glue them back on but for just using around the house they work fine without it on there, still stands up.

Review: Such great coffee cups for the home or office.I don’t like microwaving coffee to reheat it, so this really is a solution to that personal issue. The cork wears out after about a year and tends to swell up but I still use it at the office. Clean the rubber gasket around the cap as it tends to get gross buildup up overtime.

Title: More gimmick than game
Review: The mugs look good but function only marginally better at retaining heat than an everyday ceramic mug. The lid and cork coaster *probably* do slow some heat loss but don't expect to notice much. The heat radiating from the remainder of the mug overwhelms any advantage of these features. In short, these are not insulated to any meaningful degree. Your coffee or tea will still get as cold as fast as before. Also, the cork coaster adheres to the mug by a magnet affixed to the coaster and a metal slug affixed to the bottom of the mug. On both my cups, the slugs have fallen off, which required my having to glue them back on. I suspect the reason this happens is because heat from the cup undermines the integrity of whatever adhesive they use to attach the slug to the mug. I used a high heat tolerant superglue to reattach the slugs, which seems to have fixed what is essentially an aesthetic problem. Rated 3 star for average quality and function. It's no better or worse than that promotional coffee mug you won as a door prize at your company's most recent teambuilding training.

Title: Disappointing Purchase
Review: I bought these mugs so my husband and I would have something to put our tea/coffee in for our commute to work. Neither of us like drinking from plastic or metal travel mugs very much, and my husband dislikes travel mugs that keep his drink really hot. Before buying them, I even went and measured the car and truck cup holders to be certain that they would fit.The first thing I noticed when I opened the package was that they are not a true white. It's not a big deal to us, but if you're looking for white, just know that these are more of a cream or very light beige.The next thing we both noticed the first time we used them, was that the lid had a really really strong chemical smell. It was strong enough that my husband just took the lid off to drink his tea. I was not impressed, but I decided to wait and see if the smell would fade. Now, after about a week, it has faded some, but it's still there enough that taking that last sip of coffee feels kind of chemically and it really isn't a good way to end the cup. I don't like this at all.The next thing that we noticed is that the mugs hardly fit into our cup holders. Instead of being 3 inches in diameter like the product pictures show, it's more like 3 1/4 inches. The cork bottom narrows somewhat, and that's the only way it can sort of fit our cup holders. I was disappointed about that, but thought I could live with it.The last straw and the reason I sat down just now to write this review is that, as you can see in the picture, the cork bottom just came off of one of the mugs this afternoon. I don't know how it came off because we've been careful with them, haven't dropped them, etc. But yeah, its off, and I can't even figure out where it disappeared to, otherwise maybe I'd glue it back on.I really am disappointed because I never spend this much on mugs. I was definitely hoping they'd be worth the money!UPDATE:A day or two after writing this review, the cork came off the second mug, and the lid on one of them started not staying down all the way when pushed into place. I should add also that we wash these by hand since we don't have a dishwasher, so they've definitely not gotten rough treatment.I started a return and ordered replacements, hoping that these were just a bad set or something. However, when they got here Saturday, I decided to return them too since the lids also smelled strongly of chemicals and the one lid already wouldn't stay completely down.

Review: This hot beverage cup is a great buy. It is heavy enough for you to feel it but not strain. The cork bottom comes off for easy cleaning and reattaches with a magnet. The cork bottom will not scratch your table or counter surfaces which is great. Comes with a press in lid to keep contents hot. Variety of colours but black looks the best in my opinion. Overall a great mug to enjoy all your hot beverages.

Review: I initially bought two, one for painting on and sending to a customer and the second, I kept for myself. They are lovely feeling mugs, I don't know about you but for me the texture of a mug makes all the difference and these are soft and chunky, not hard and thin like most mugs. It add to the morning cosiness of that first cup of coffee. I don't use the lid, but my customer does, and likes it. The initial one was cream coloured and the new ones are black-grey. I treated myself to new ones because the mug is so nice and I wanted a black version so that when my dad comes round we can both have a really nice cup of coffee from a really nice mug. The cork base is really useful, I keep mine attached to a magnetic surface with the magnets while they are in the dishwasher and then reattach them after. I'd love to know how to get or make replacement bases because the first one is starting to look a bit scruffy. I'll probably figure out how to make one myself because spare bases seem not to be available.The only gripe is that they are a bit expensive but I've looked all over for cheaper equivalent mugs and not found anything this nice.
