Title: This is it. This is the one.
Review: No need to shop for a cup that keeps your beverage hot for 8+ hours because you found it just now. This cup is incredible. I always take the “Keeps things hot for 8 hours” statements with a grain of salt. This cup proved that statement to be true.I forgot all about a cup of tea I brewed early in the morning at 5:30am on my kitchen counter.I came home at 3:30pm, saw it, opened the lid, took a sip and it was still so hot I had to take the lid off for 15 minutes. It seriously traps in the heat. The lead is pretty sweet too. You twist the top and it opens or closes. The only downside is it’s not completely obvious that it’s closed. The feeling of it switching to open and closed gets a little weak after some use. However, it does still seal even if it feels like it doesn’t close. Very easy to use, very comfortable to hold, durable, and it keeps your drinks hot.What more can you ask for? Nada.

Title: By far the best travel mug I've ever used
Review: This is the third Thermos travel mug of this type that I've owned over a period of time approaching two decades, and the fact that I continue to use one speaks volumes about my satisfaction with its design and performance. These mugs used to be available at a local department store but are no longer sold there so mail order is my only option for obtaining one—either that or finding another local store that carries them, and frankly that is more trouble than it's worth when they are readily available on Amazon.This mug keeps my coffee hot for several hours and drinkably warm for several more. I can always tell without having to look at it whether the lid is open or closed by running my index finger through the slot opposite the side I'm drinking from to determine the position of the locking lever, something that is especially helpful in the dark or when I'm driving. Another thing I like about the mug is the tapered bottom, which allows it to fit into smaller cupholders like those in my trusty 19 year old G35 coupe.The little care and use pamphlet found inside a new mug states that while it is nominally top rack dishwasher safe, hand washing is preferable. It also advises that liquids should not be allowed to remain in the mug for more than 24 hours and that the mug should be thoroughly dried after rinsing or cleaning. My experience is that the longevity of your mug will be greatly enhanced if you follow these recommendations.Because I drink my coffee black I have no problem with bacterial growth in the lid caused by traces of dairy or non-dairy milk/cream lingering in the crevices of the cover, and all I usually do to clean the lid is to rinse it under hot tap water. Every once in a while I do dismantle it to give it a thorough hand cleaning and as I have always been the Mr. Fix-it type—starting at the age of four when I drove my father crazy by taking apart flashlights to investigate how they worked—I actually enjoy doing this. (Unlike the flashlights I dismantled in my youth, I always put the lid back together again.)For those who complain about the lid retaining water after rinsing it or running it through the dishwasher, I have found that leaving the lid in the open position and turning it upside down while/after cleaning allows virtually all of the retained water to drain and evaporate.When new I have found that the lid's seal is tight as a drum, and as the mug gets older and the seals inevitably deteriorate I can handle a small dribble of coffee escaping from the lid if I knock it over. The only reason I bought a new one is because after years of use the dribbling has become a bit more problematic of late and because my old one is battered from having been dropped too often in workplace parking lots, something that is no longer a problem for me since I am five years retired. :o)

Title: Sustains hot or cold beverages
Review: Hot coffee and cold beverages with ice cubes maintained temperatures for a solid 3 hours. Ambient temperatures will affect the temperature duration. Fluid temperature is not felt when holding the cup. Coffee and tea stains are absent if the container is at least rinsed immediately after use. There is no fluid leaking when the cap is locked. The cup is very durable and comfortable to hold.

Title: stays hot but lid leaks
Review: This keeps your drink hot/cold for a long time. Several hours in fact.And its insulating properties are the best i have found. My one problem is in the lid.While the coffee doesn't leak, the lead isn't sealed properly. Its made with a silver rim glued OVER a black inner ring. There are small gaps in this that allow water to get into the space under the silver rim when you wash it. And then when drinking the water will run back out and down your chin.I bought this to replace an older version that I loved and had a better designed lid. It lasted me for about 8 years before I dropped it and broke it sadly.This new version is still good but be careful when washing it to no submerge it or you will get that annoying dribble.

Title: don't like packaging around the cup, keeps tea hot, very pleased overall, this is my 3rd one
Review: I gave this 5 stars, but two things that I don't like, one is the packaging on the cup itself. It is so tight. I didn't want to scratch the paint (army green) so I used a bamboo skewer to try to lift the plastic up off of the cup so I could get it off. I ended up scratching it anyway which was disappointing. The other thing is they changed the shape of the cup from the last model. (This is my 3rd Thermos tumbler.) I know this is meant for the car, but I use it at home for a tea steeper. (It is so much better than a teapot, and I particularly like that it has a tea hook.) It is a little more awkward to pour, but not a deal breaker. One thing I think will be better is that it doesn't seem to have the plastic coating on the outside which the last model had. Over time with putting it daily in the dishwasher the plastic would begin to peel, and I noticed the tea wasn't staying as hot. I got I think two years out of the first one and maybe a year out of the second one. Overall I think this is a great product.

Review: Can’t say enough about this coffee traveling mug. It keeps my coffee hot for hours! They are easy to clean. I wish it be easier to get some replacement parts. The only drawback is I wind up buying another mug. Don’t want to imagine living life without it.

Review: Tengo un Yeti, pero este es mucho mejor en varios aspectos. Primero, conserva las bebidas calientes por más tiempo. Segundo, la tapa es hermética y no hay derrames. Es una tapa con rosca qué cierra muy bien. Y, tercero, el material y la construcción es de mejor calidad.No tienes que comprar otra tapa para que no derrame, como con el Yeti. Y el sistema para abrir y cerrar es bastante simple. Abres, tomas tu bebida, cierras y no hay derrames.Se ha convertido en mi favorito. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Review: Este vaso es un excelente producto, vale la inversión que haces por él. Al principio tenía dudas sobre adquirirlo ya que no era muy aficionado al café o las bebidas calientes. Pero ahora que lo tengo lo uso más de lo que pensé que lo usaría: en días fríos o cuando se me hace tarde para ir al trabajo pongo mi café en el vaso y tengo la confianza que no habrá derrames y que el contenido estará caliente por mucho tiempo.Otra ventaja es la resistencia: ya se me cayó un par de veces y salvo una ligera abolladura en la base no hubo mayor problema. No le he quitado el plástico que traía desde nuevo para protegerlo un poco de los rayones ya que mi trabajo es un poco rudo y por esa misma razón elegí el que no está pintado pero aún así ha resistido los rayones excepto en la base que ya se rayó por ponerlo en superficies muy abrasivas aunque es algo mínimo y que sólo comprueba la alta calidad que tiene.El precio puede parecer elevado pero la relación costo beneficio es muy buena y si no te urge tanto puedes esperar alguna oferta y adquirirlo con algún descuento, sólo es cuestión de paciencia y estar al pendiente.
