Title: Excellent markers for beginners and pros!
Review: Pretty much ever since I've been an artist, I've used budget-friendly brands like Crayola and Sharpie to color and ink. I had heard and seen good things about the Ohuhu alcohol markers, so I decided to invest in the 200 pack (I like having as much color variety as possible). I LOVE them. They are HIGHLY pigmented, very easy to work with, and require very little pen pressure to use. There is no detectably strong alcohol scent, and though they do bleed, the protective plastic that comes with them is extremely helpful in preventing any bleed-through in the papers. I also purchased an Ohuhu paper pad as well and noticed an exceptional difference in the colors' quality and smoothness. Finally, I tested the markers by using a Sharpie fine-point pen to ink my drawings. In an older sketchbook of mine, the colors mixed with the Sharpie, which resulted in pretty ugly feathering, but they meshed perfectly in the Ohuhu sketchbook. I recommend purchasing these markers and the matching sketchbook together for optimal color and ink payoff. One last thing: take the time to create your own page of swatches with each marker, and label them accordingly. Like everyone else in thw reviews said, the caps don't QUITE match the colors exactly, so I find that making and labelling swatches for each marker, albeit time-consuming, is totally worth it.Overall, this was one of the best purchases I have ever made. It is a pricy investment, but honestly worth every penny, especially since each marker runs only 50 cents a piece. Thus far, I have nothing noteworthy to complain about--other than like many others, I wish there was a larger array of pastel/lighter colors in the set. And mayyyybe a bit more dimension for the purples (I'm biased on this part, as purple is my favorite color). The only other beef I have is the colorless blender pen--it doesn't really blend the colors so much as it just creates an odd-looking alcoholly spotting on the paper, which is a little distracting. If I desperately want to up my blending game, I'll just use my drawing tablet and Clip Studio Paint. But other than that, these markers are a dream come true for me. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

Title: Vibrant colors - good for traditional art
Review: I bought these as a sort of "dupe" for the Copic markers, the more expensive kind of alcoholic markers. Copic markers are ridiculously expensive in large packs, and Ohuhu markers are pretty top-rated for their price. These markers definitely deliver, they come in many different shades and are easy to blend and layer colors. I really enjoy using these markers to color my sketches. There is a bit of a bleeding problem if too many colors are layered, but just using thicker watercolor or alcoholic marker paper can ignore this problem. I really enjoy these pens, the colors are very pigmented and are overall fun to use.The pack of markers includes a swatching chart to test out all the shades, and includes a clear plastic sheet made to go in between pages to prevent bleeding on average paper. I think this is a nice touch added into the kit, as these markers can get very messy and ruin other pages on notebooks with bleeding issues. The markers also include a clear colorless blender, which it might work to smudge some colors together but doesn't do much for "erasing" color and mistakes like it is sometimes advertised to do. This isn't really a problem because it's one marker out of all the 200 and it still works for blending color, however the blender marker can get worn out and stained with other marker colors.

Title: Wonderful first time use of alcohol markers, only two main things
Review: This is my first time trying any type of alcohol based markers. I usually use Sharpies or Bics but saw an Instagram video and wanted to check these out. I read reviews before ordering these, watched videos, and what not. I am impressed with these markers. That being said, before ordering, if you are planning on using these for coloring regular copy paper coloring pages, they will bleed. Be careful with front/back coloring books. I've attached a picture of a color sheet (it's on cardstock). As others have stated, no the markers do not exactly match the color on the pen, but for the lower price, these are worth it. Again, I am new at these, but I think they are beautiful markers. The case is wonderful. They did bleed through to the back of the cardstock but not onto the other page I had underneath. Read reviews, do research, but if you want to learn about using alcohol markets without paying a hefty price, these are the choice. The only problems I had were:1. I found two hairs in my markers, yuck2. I did have to organize them by color (more or less my need to be organized but if not then no problem) and,3. The markers had a weird film-feeling on them. It just left my hands feeling a little grimey after I used them. I ended up wiping them down with peroxide.

Title: All worked, 200 different colors, no repeats.
Review: I love Ohuhu for doing portraits and such - I use the markers for the base and then colored pencils over them. So even though Ohuhu are more student grade, it doesn't matter because they're worked over with my nicer pencils. All of these markers worked, there were 200 different colors that matched the swatch cards, and the nibs are sturdy. This is the ALCOHOL based set, not to be confused with the water based set. They're heavily inked, so I didn't have problems much with streaking - I actually had to be careful not to let them 'bleed' that little bit of extra ink and go outside the lines. I understand they're not lightfast, which is the real downside, but that doesn't matter for my art. I scan it, it goes in a drawer. I definitely recommend this brand for student artists or anyone who doesn't need the original to be nice forever - if you scan it and toss it or just use them for practice these are perfect for you. They came out to ~35 cents a marker? Which is amazing considering The Brand That Shall Not Be Named start at $6, and local to me they start at $8! So, instead of having only a handful of expensive markers, I have a TON of different shades to work with which makes my art easier. These are what I buy myself, and they're cheap enough I can buy them for my godkid who is starting to do artwork.

Review: These Ohuhu markers are truly a godsend, especially for those of us who donât have hundreds of dollars to throw at high end marker brands. Hopefully you can pick up what Iâm putting down. HahaThey are just a vibrant as high end markers and they apply smoothly and evenly too due to being alcohol-based. This smooth application also means that these markers are perfect for blending. Truly one of the best markers for blending. Up there with the five letter brand starting with C. Haha.I have had these markers for almost two years now and they still havenât run out. I guess itâs because there are so many markers to choose from and I donât store them directly in the sun. The vast variety of colours also means that you can create artworks with appropriate depth and shading. I find that a combination of both coloured pencils and these markers create a desired hyperrealistic look. The colour of the marker cap/lid along with the actual swatched colours can be seen in the images above.Note that this product does NOT come with brush tips. Only dual bullet tips and broad rectangular tips. However, Ohuhu do sell other sets that include brush tips which believe it or not are EVEN BETTER for blending. Also, from my current knowledge you cannot buy a marker individually if you run out of a specific colour.I can see these markers being used by not only professional artists but graphic designers, fashion designers, concept artists and even students and amateurs due to their affordable price point. Truly a hidden gem of an art product. Keep it up Ohuhu. ð
