Title: Owned for 2+ years, great reliable PC, I can play basically anything
Review: I've been extremely happy with this PC. The case makes it easy to do upgrades or adjustments, I added another 16gb of ram and another NVME drive in the extra slot provided. Overall, the case looks nice, I'm still actually using the stock keyboard with some key wear on the most used keys but it's been 2 years. One of the best investments I've made in years. I can use a bluetooth xbox controller for certain games which is really nice too.

Title: Great Pre-Built for a Fair Price
Review: I really love this as a starting point to get back into PC gaming at a relatively cheaper price. I bought this unit, then bought a 3090 when Amazon had them on sale to get a really strong gaming PC for under $2,000. Side note, Amazon also sells Crucial RAM, so you can also expand that to give you a little more power in a pre-built like this. Right now I spent a total of about $1900 to get this PC and get it to the specs I wanted, but you can really do some serious gaming right of the box with this thing. iBuyPower, at the time I am writing this, offers a free trial to Game Pass, so as soon as you plug this thing in you can start downloading games.Pros: Affordable, comes with everything you need but a monitor, great mid-tier PC, easy to make upgrades to, easy to access customer supportCons: User manuals aren't that great, a weak power supply that needed upgrading to make any modifications, on the lower end of RAM neededOverall, the cons don't take away from how great of a machine this is, for the price you are getting an amazing PC and if you really want something powerful, it is cheaper to upgrade this model than to buy a higher spec pre-built. I included a picture of what the upgraded machine looks like and again, you can buy the upgrades right here on Amazon for a fair price if you want

Title: Newbie Gamer’s Perfect PC Setup
Review: I’m pretty new to gaming, so when I got my new PC, I was excited but also a little nervous about setting it up. I wanted something that would give me a smooth experience without all the fuss, and this rig did not disappoint!At first, I had a bit of a hiccup—I wasn’t sure where to plug in the HDMI, but once I got that sorted and plugged it into the right spot, everything was smooth sailing. The graphics are crisp, the gameplay is smooth, and I didn’t feel like I needed a degree in tech to get it all working.Overall, as a relaxed gamer who’s just getting into the scene, I’m really happy with my setup. It’s been a fun, stress-free experience, and I’m looking forward to many more hours of gaming!

Title: Punches way above its price
Review: I purchased this PC in September 2022 for $949 and it has been rock solid for me. I use it for some light 3D modeling and World of Warcraft so I don't really push its boundaries very much. On all benchmarks I've run, it scores VERY well compared to other similar or even some more expensive models. The Ryzen 5 5600G is a great CPU that will stand up to high standards for several more years. The motherboard, MSI B550PRO is pretty future-proof, allowing for future expansion down the road. This pre-built came with a Gigabyte 3060 Eagle OC 12GB model GPU and I have nothing but praise for this card as it maxes out my 144hz monitor at nearly all times. The power supply is average, it is an off-brand "High Power" unit however, it is a 600w Gold 80+ unit and that is enough for this configuration.The unit came with 16GB of 3200MHZ RAM, so I recently purchased more and higher speed RAM (Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB 3600MHZ), just to "future-proof" this machine even more and eventually, a second NVME SSD will find a home in it as well.Nothing but great things to say about this machine. Highly recommend!

Review: **Do not buy this product!!!!**I wish I could give zero stars. We ordered this PC in October as a December birthday gift for my son. Imagine our disappointment when we opened the PC and found it defective—it wouldn't even turn on. Contacting their customer service was a nightmare. A work order was started on December 16th, and on top of the inconvenience, we were forced to pay $139.53 out of our own pocket just to mail it back for repairs.Weeks turned into months, and despite countless hours spent calling for updates, being placed on hold indefinitely, and dealing with employees who seemed to disappear at will, we finally got the PC back in the middle of February. This so-called "fixed" PC worked for about 3 months before breaking down again. By this time, we had passed the Amazon return policy, leaving us stuck with a useless PC.We are now terrified of dealing with their incompetent customer service again and refuse to pay another exorbitant shipping fee. As a result, we have a PC that only functioned for a pathetic 3 months. This has been the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!To the company: Your shoddy product and abysmal customer service are beyond unacceptable. Fix this mess!DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PC!
