Title: I want to make every recipe!
Review: I think this may be even better than her first book if that’s possible! Everything is simple enough to make on a weeknight and there are no crazy ingredients. Instructions are easy to follow and you never find yourself questioning any steps. Well Plated is always my go-to for recipes because they are healthy, but also always so yummy! I know Erin highly tested every recipe in this book and they are all winners. Also, the photography is beautiful and every recipe has a photo. This is a must-have for any home cook.

Title: another great Well Plated cookbook!
Review: The first Well Plated Cookbook is one of my all-time favorites so I was looking forward to Well Plated Everyday. I am really enjoying exploring its new recipes-- all delicious, healthy and interesting. The recipes are accompanied by clear photographs and easy-to-follow instructions. There are options for substitutions of ingredients and ways to take the recipe to the next level. Chapters focus on recipes for all parts of a meal-- breakfast and brunch, appetizers, salads, main dishes, sandwiches, soups, sides, and desserts. I'm sure I will rely on this new cookbook for inspiring ways to use healthy ingredients to create delicious meals. I would recommend this new book for both a novice or experienced cook. It would make a great gift for the holidays or for yourself. Can't wait to explore it further!

Title: Well Plated does it AGAIN!
Review: I have Erin's first book and have cooked 40+ recipes from it and they have all been a hit, and WellPlated.com is my go to for recipes!This second book is STUNNING! Every recipe has a photo (a must for me!), the ingredients are easy to find, and the instructions are clear and not overly-complicated. And the dishes are DELISH! So far I have made the Bragging Rights Pie Crust (my first pie crust EVER!), Peanut Butter and Jelly Bars, and Slow Cooker Creamy Corn Chicken Chorizo Chowder and they were all winners and turned out exactly as described. You can really tell that these recipes have been tested many times over in many kitchens.There really is something for everyone - salads, different proteins, soups, hearty meat-free meals, one-pan meals, and more!Highly recommend!

Title: Healthy, Hearty, Easy to Follow - DELICOUS!
Review: I have been a huge fan of Erin's cookbooks for some time. When I realized she was publishing another one I was quick to jump on the pre-order. Cooking out of this book has been a big hit for our family. Erin's meals are always nutritionally dense, and are enjoyed by the whole family. This new book is structed in a way that makes it really easy to cook from. I have found that with this cookbook in particular, I'm planning meals a week at a time due to how it's formatted- it's logical and easy to follow. The recipes are YUMMO and don't take too long to compose. I appreciate the opening section as well where it discusses the pantry staples that Erin keeps on hand. I have been purchasing those items and have been using them weekly. Bravo, Erin! Would recommend this book to anyone!
