Need a dusting of powdered sugar on bar cookies, but don’t have a small strainer? Spoon some powdered sugar into a tea infuser and give it a shake. It works like a charm!

Title: Great Value Great Cookie Cookbook!
Review: I love these books but especially this style which allows the book to lay flat. There are also some nice color photos which in other formats are not included. Looking over the content I can't wait to dive in. You can always rely on these books for great time tested recipes!

Review: I was not impressed with this book at all.I was very disappointed. I tried several recipes and none turned out as described. The measurements were not accurate. I have baked for over 25 years so I am a very experienced baker. I have followed several other books and never had such a issue as this one. I would not recommend. Sorry to the authors but this was not rated very well for my opinion and give it a 2 out of a 5.
