Title: Best knife, perfect size for home use
Review: This is my favorite knife for home use. It is hard to find in stores (and even on Amazon) and comes only in the Classic line (not the Classic Ikon line). Most residential counters are too high for those of average height to use the rolling wrist action that professionals use. Thus, the length of a cook's knife for home use is less important. (That said, the 4.5 inch knife is too short for rolling the wrist, but the 5 inch is just long enough, when I need to roll along.) The handle of the blade rides high enough off the cutting surface to permit easy chopping without finger contact. The 5-inch length is perfect for the most common every-day tasks. In short, buy this knife if you can find it. I own one and have given two as gifts. You cannot go wrong with this one.

Title: How I love this knife
Review: How I love this knife. I had used this size at my parent's house and was amazed at the balance between the handle and the blade. It is a nice short size which fits my woman's hand when I want to do a small chopping job just as onions, bell peppers, mushrooms or other things. Really good for mincing garlic if so inclined and you need that size and not pressed. I have the 6" knife same Classic demarcation, and this just provides another good level of maneuverability in your kitchen work. I have a full set of Wusthof Classic knives in my knife block, and this is one of my favorites to the point that I set aside my huge Chef's knife which I use only for big jobs. Highly recommended.

Title: Perfect weight and size for women.
Review: Exactly as expected. The perfect size for most women. Have had one for a decade myself, bought this for an adult daughter. Balanced perfectly, makes chopping almost natural. Hard to find this size. Most are an inch or more longer. Wusthof has apparently stopped making this size. BTW, the Classic line is wonderful. Not stamped out blades.

Title: Chop chop
Review: Absolute perfect knife for chopping the small stuff. I use it for fresh herbs, minced garlic and smaller food. It makes preping food simple. I also have the 7inch by wusthof.

Title: These knives are the best
Review: In my opinion, the Wusthof classic series of knives is superior to anything out there. They hold their edge, and this 5-inch knife is the perfect size for almost anything I want to cut. It feels great in my hand and is weighted nicely. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase.

Review: This is a great all round knife, which I prefer to a standard 20cm cooks knife. Worth noting that the blade etching and handle logo has been updated (there is a mix in the pictures on the Wusthof Web site) so the handle is now printed rather than having a red sticker, see picture. Sharp, handles really nicely but keep those fingers out of the way!
