Title: Great Cookware - Helps Save Energy
Review: Before buying this cookware, I read quite a few reviews, both good and bad. I have to say that I am very pleased with this purchase. Not only is this Gotham Steel cookware attractive, it is extremely non-stick, easy to clean and it distributes heat evenly and quickly.I've come to the conclusion after using it for a while now, that people who complained about food burning or sticking were just using this cookware improperly. Because the heat distribution is so superior, you don't have to cook your foods at as high a temperature. For instance, when making scrambled eggs, I put the frying pan on the burner to heat up while I am scrambling the eggs. By the time I finish prepping them, the pan is heated. After I pour the eggs in, I am able to turn the burner off and cook the eggs with just the residual heat. I also like to add shredded cheese to my eggs to melt into the scramble. The eggs and cheese just slide right out of the pan perfectly.I wash these pots and pans by hand because they are so easy to clean, it just takes a few seconds. The cookware is also nice and light, very easy to handle. The glass lids are vented so they don't steam up too much. My only complaint would be that the handles on the lids can get a little hot, but, this is a small criticism. All in all, I have to say that I am 100% pleased with Gotham Steel and I would recommend them for anyone who wants to replace or upgrade their cookware.

Review: Love the color of the pots and pans. Got a great deal and they are so easy to clean (we wash our pots and pans by hand). We bought a larger pot to complete the set. Very pleased.

Title: Good deal and decant quality
Review: Overall I am happy with my purchase, they are good quality and seem to be holding up nicely to every day wear and tear. The only thing I can say I don't particularly like is that the metal handles on the lids are quite hot to the touch once they heat up. Otherwise it is a great set of cookware.

Title: We Love These Pans
Review: About six months ago, my wife bought a 12” Gotham from one of our local stores. We liked it so much that after having it for a couple of months we decided to revamp all of our pans and get rid of several old ones. So, we purchased this set, and have only good things to say. Great heat dispersion. And they are so “non-stick” that you have to chase a fried egg around if you try to flip it. They are good looking and clean up well. They have definitely improved our cooking experience.

Review: Aqua is my color. Pots sizes are good but they all have metal handle lids which get really hot. They should change to wood. I'll be careful next time to find wood handles for my pots and pans.

Review: Looks and feels great. Note that the handle has a flat surface, the only thing I’m not used to. Although this is a small detail and everything else is great! Non-stick, very easy to clean, color is as pictured, and doesn’t burn easily on bottom. Would recommend!*3 month update*Disappointed to say that every pan has been burnt and no soap/ sponge can remove. Flakes of burned pan falls off all over my dishwasher and cabinets and sticks to new food I’m cooking. Initially impressed, but definitely does not withstand time

Title: What a disappointment
Review: I don’t write reviews, but I have never been so disappointed in a product as I am with these pans. Worst part is I bought them as a Mother’s Day gift for my daughter.Even using an oil or butter these pans stick like crazy. I don’t know why these were so different than others I’ve seen, there is absolutely no extra gauge on the bottom so they over heat, burn very easily. Just all over an inferior product, even the handles are thin and cheap.

Review: These pots n pans were very reasonably priced. The quality is amazing. Nothing sticks. You can use metal utensils (tho I try not to) without scratching. They go in the dishwasher very well. They wipe clean easily. Been using them for a while and like them very much. Very pleased with this purchase.
