Title: Big and spacious fits four hamburgers!
Review: I purchased this to replace my old (8 years old) worn out gotham steel pans. The older ones are still usable but eventually the newness wears off and things stick a little more than they should. These hold heat so well, and they are super easy to clean! Comfortable handle grip that does not get hot to the touch unless it's over direct heat. I did read where they can, be used in the oven of needed and I have not tried that yet but I can always come and leave another review after trying! I do appreciate that they are super easy to use as, my hands are arthritic and they are not too heavy! Thank you for supplying a fantastic product that will last me years to come. Side note I do not use metal spatulas or cookware inside of the pans it makes them last so, much longer!

Title: Great skillet
Review: I normally don’t care for non-stick but this is a great skillet. My son had one and now we have two. Cleans up so easy. Doesn’t mind metal utensils but always treat your cookware with care. I would absolutely consider the set.

Title: Wonderful cookware
Review: I have a full set and more of Gotham Copper Cookware…6 skillets from the very small to a super sized skillet, 5 saucepans, a Dutch oven, etc and I love them all. I like the deeper skillets and have two sizes of those…they are almost a skillet/saucepan combo. I was noticing one of my large skillets was starting to stick a little when frying breaded meats and that is the reason for buying another one. I read and also have learned from experience that most non-stick frypans tend to lose some of the “non-stick” quality after a few years of heavy usage. This would never stop me from buying replacements from Gotham…the beauty of the cookware plus the ease and thoroughness of cleanup is worth buying replacement. I can highly recommend Gotham cookware.

Title: 2 months of great cooking then trash
Review: I followed all the pre-use instructions and for 2 months, my family used it every day. Sometimes multiple times a day.Today, I tried griddling some corn cakes... Pan is now trash. I did edge the heat up a little higher than I have before, but only to more of a medium-high temp. (Not quite 6 out of 10 on the dial) The tiny amount of EVOO I added for lubrication charred and stuck to the finish. I tried a wooden spatula to clear it and the finish flaked of with it.Great for low temps, but definitely not built to handle anything higher than medium heat. Proceed with eyes wide open.

Title: Item defective after 4 months
Review: The pan coating was defective and has hot spots that burn the food. Terrible product since it only lasted 4 months in the hands of a life long cook that has used skillets their entire life. Very disappointed!

Review: Me espere a reseñar después de unos meses de uso y no tengo más que buenos comentarios.De entrada en vivo se ve mucho más bonita que en fotos, le da un toque elegante a la cocina.La superficie para cocinar es bastante amplia y el ángulo de las paredes ayuda a que no se caiga nada.Diario cocino huevos revueltos y estrellados y nunca se pega nada y reduje muchísimo la cantidad de aceite en los alimentos. Eso sí, hay que aprender a pre-calentarla, no es apta para personas ansiosas jaja, yo mientras cortó y preparo los ingredientes la dejo precalenando unos 3-5 minutos y con eso tiene.Muy fácil de lavar, todo se despega super fácil. Recomiendo no usar esponja para cuidarla más, además de que no es necesario usarla por lo fácil que se desprende todo con solo agua.Y por último después de 2 meses de uso diario al menos 2 veces al día, parece nueva, muy resistente.Me encanta!
