Title: Bad construction
Review: Not worth the money. Lacks in written instructions, the video to show assemblage is not clear. The machine when turned on, sounds like metal on metal. Good concept bad actual product.

Title: Edger, no. Trimmer, yes.
Review: I really wanted to love this tool. After a week of putting it to use, at best I like it. Here are my observations.PROS: I love how lightweight this is. I really like how easy it is to move the handlebar and adjust the angle of the head. There are many attachments to explore so you can find the right one for your light tasks. The batteries (2) are small and charge fairly quickly. The indicator light that tells you the battery is charged is on the power brick that plugs into the outlet, not on the battery itself. I'm not sure that is a "pro" but initially I thought there was no indicator at all.CONS: The wire attachment (2 included) meant to be a sidewalk edger is an epic fail, in my opinion. We have wooden boardwalks rather than concrete sidewalks and the edger wasn't able to stand up to the task. Both of them that were included were destroyed in half an hour, long before the job was completed. There is no documentation telling me where I can buy replacement attachments, nor was there any written instructions on assembly. To change out attachments is not a snap, especially if you want to swap out the guard or remove it completely. The paper that does come with the tool leads to a video showing how to assemble the unit to use a specific attachment. It does not demonstrate changing attachments. All in all, I really can't recommend buying this tool as an edger. If you are trimming light growth from bushes or trees, you will appreciate the ease of lifting it and you are likely to get some utility out of the unit.Even so, for the price I feel like I could have done better to wait and do more research to find a better tool.

Review: HORRIBLE , CHEAP TOOL. THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY . THEY FINALLY AFTER MANY PROOF PHOTOS , AND MANY MANY ATTEMPT TO GET THEM TO RESPOND. THEY FINALLY GAVE ME RETURN INSTRUCTIONS. I HAD TO PAY $30 FOR RETURN SHIPPING. THIS WAS 6 WEEKS AGO. THEN THEY CLAIM THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE THE RETURN. AND EVEN AFTER A SENT THEM THE UPS DELIVERY TO THEIR WAREHOUSE PROOF. THEY STILL WONT RETURN MY MONEY. SO NOW I HAVE SPENT 130 FOR THE TINKER TOY TOOL. PLUS 30 FOR SHIPPING IT BACK. NOW THEY JUST PLAIN IGNORE ME. NO REPLY FROM CHAT OR EMAIL OR PHONE CALLS. IT'S A SCAM PEOPLE.
