Title: Lovely cookbook
Review: The book discusses woods used, lists brine, cures and rub recipes. To my eyes, there are a good variety and number of recipes for people who eat meat. The directions are easy to follow. The photographs make it a lovely book.As a lacto- ovo vegetarian, my interest in this book was its cheese, vegetable and fruit recipes. The cheese, fruits, vegetables and nuts section is perfect for giving me some ideas for adapting other produce.
