Title: 1.75 gallons, non-reactive, strong, works great for making corned beef
Review: This is a nice large (1.75 gallons / 28 cups) very sturdy glass container that is perfect for making corned beef. I’ve tried several different enamel pans in the past, and I never felt certain that they were truly 100% non-reactive. (It’s easy to have imperfections in the larger enamel stock pots or to have it chip.) This borosilicate glass container is perfect. It will never chip, react, or contaminate the brine. Just what I was looking for.

Title: Large container
Review: I LOVE this container. Solidly built, lid fits on very snuggly and I now feel comfortable carrying it around by it's handle (I was nervous at first). Is it slightly too big for a Costco rotisserie chicken? Yes. You could easily fit 1.5 chickens in it. Does it bother me that much? No. We have a fairly large fridge, so it doesn't bother me with how big it is. In our smaller old fridge it would have been frustrating making it fit.

Review: Heavy, Thick, BorosilicateLarge and deep, with a lot of volume.I use this more for storage, mixing and preparing dishes, but it does bake and roast well too.I would gladly pay for an accompanying borosilicate glass lid for baking or roasting, in addition to the silicone seal plastic storage lid that comes with it.Fits in a Breville 900, on the bottam rack.I ordered two, maybe you should too!

Review: The container is glass and the lid is made of sturdy plastic. My 13lb. turkey fits in SNUGGLY but I'm unable to use the lid because of the handle indent in the lid. It will work out better with a chicken or a couple of quail. Otherwise, I'm happy with it and it will suffice with aluminum foil for the lid.Update: it's great for storing the cut turkey pieces!

Review: Love it! Better than plastic containers, healthier too. I use it for fruit, fits a whole sliced watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew melon. Great value, easy to clean, seals works, and fits nicely in the refrigerator.

Review: Stores my whole, fresh baked chickens perfectly while they are picked clean by family. Glass is heavy and you must ensure top’s four sides are pressed into place before lifting it. Makes me nervous to be honest, having to trust the top is secured.
