Title: They're so tall!
Review: These work great on full size chickens but you really have to work at it to get the chicken deep enough on this. if it was about two inches shorter it would be ideal. I like to bake cornish hens on these but it holds them so high up off the pan and that makes them VERY top heavy. I guess I need to look for a cornish game hen roaster... Great product and the cleanup isn't too bad but not quite non-stick.

Review: After trying a beer can type stand filled with liquid, which took forever and steamed the inside of the bird rather than roasting it, I switched to this. Much faster cooking at roasting temperature, and works well for lower temperature smoking as well. This particular stand is sturdy, relatively easy to clean, and gets the job done. Recommended!

Title: Good (Not Great) Roaster
Review: I loved this roaster until I found one that makes more sense! First, let me say that your chicken will come out of the oven perfect and beautiful. Quite possibly the best chicken I have every eaten! And the skin gets uniformly brown and crispy all around. The thing I didn't like about this particular product is that the neck is so skinny that the chicken slides down too far and rests in the fat. It is sometimes difficult to remove the chicken and at times difficult to clean. The new (and in my opinion, better) roaster I purchased has a bottom tray to catch the fat and juices and the frame detaches from the bottom to make it easier to clean. I also found the new roaster at my local Farmer's Market for $4.99. A better deal for a better product.Norpro Nonstick Vertical Poultry Roaster Try this one instead. You'll be happy you did.

Review: Used this with a 4lb chicken in my convection oven and it turned out great. As instructed on Fox Run website, I inserted neck side down. Very juicy meat both white and brown. Highly recommend. Cleaned up well and seems quite sturdy. I was considering buying an air fryer but really don’t have the room, then remembered my convection option on my oven. Using this gadget and air crisper tray (not shown) pretty much does the same job.

Review: Such a simple device but makes a bit difference. 360 degrees of nicely crisp skin. I use this every time I roast chicken and it never fails me (hint- roast the chicken with head facing down). Cleaning is ok...just soak and the next morning a light brush cleans off anything left. Highly recommend this.

Review: I'm not too sure what the chicken thinks of this thing but it does do the job and cooks the chicken all over at the same time. Of course you can't stuff the chicken. You need to put it on a cake pan or something to catch the oil which if you like you can use to baste the chicken while cooking. You need to put on lower rack as when chicken is standing up its a bit tall.
