Title: Great Buy, I'm surprised
Review: I honestly bought this Queen Sofa Bed so my old pup who had back problems was not tempted to jump high onto a regular-height sofa. I thought it would make a nice temporary bed for guests, too. As an older person, I had to get used to sitting low, but it was not a problem once I got used to the motions. Then, one day, I decided to extend it into bed form and I slept on it that night. Wow, I did not wake up with neck or hip pain for the first time in years. All this time, I had been sleeping on the wrong type of bed. My regular bedroom queen-size mattress was high-end, medium softness, memory foam topper, adjustable for head, legs, and back. And, I still woke up each morning in pain. Part of getting old, I thought. But then, I tried the sofa/bed. And I was pain-free. All this time, I needed something firmer and not as complicated as my regular bed. I have slept on the sofa/bed for a couple of months and it has been great. My next step is to replace my regular bed with a new sofa/bed just like the one I have in the living room.Other perks of the bed are that it is easy to convert from sofa to bed and vice-versa. It is also easy to clean. When I spilled coffee on the sofa, I just had to unzipper the cover to wash it. Finally, I have had the sofa/bed now for almost a year and it has held its shape and great looks.This sofa/bed may not be for everyone, I guess it depends on your taste and what you want it for. But it was sure the best and most surprising bed purchase I've ever made.

Title: The fabric is absolutely terrible
Review: We put this in the children's play room. One of my grandchildren pilled a tiny about of milk on one corner. We tried to wash/hand-shampoo the stain and it just grew bigger and bigger. We used only warm water and the stain grew across the entire coach. I will have it rent a rug shampoo machine. Impossible to clean. Must se sooooooooome poor quality material.

Title: Doesn't look like the picture
Review: Even though it doesn't look like the main photo, there isn't an arm rest. But it fits and looks perfect in my small domain. I haven't unfolded it to a queen because the seating area is a bit bigger than a twin side bed, so if I wanted to lay down I just lay down. Very comfortable and I sleep on it every day since I've gotten it. Lol it's been over a month now. I do recommend it specially if just incase you want something that unfolds easy into a decent size mattress. Very easy to assemble and handle

Title: Doesn’t fully expand
Review: If it had fully expanded this would have been a great product but it’s been 5 days now since I took it out of the packaging and it still has yet to fully expand on the edges due to the way it is packaged and shipped. The edges were squished in the box causing them to deform and be unable to expand the way they were supposed to.

Title: Not what was expected
Review: This is much thinner than expected, about 6 inches when fully expanded, and its not memory foam, it collapses very easy and is not supportive for anyone bigger than a child--I have a memory foam mattress so I was expecting something much more dense and thick. Should cost around $200 for what you get, maybe $250 MAX, definitely not $400...

Title: Return not free 🙁
Review: Product was very cheap looking and not really able to be used as sofa even for kids as advertised. When you remove from box and then have to return it, there is NO way it fits back in so you have to pay for packaging which is pricey.
