A guidebook like no other to the best country in the world after New Zealand, Denmark, probably Canada, and some bits of France
Think of Great Britain and what comes to mind? Tea. Caravans. The Queen. Bradley Wiggins. Stiff upper lip. More tea. Maybe some cricket. Rain. Ooh, and a drop more tea. Lovely. But Britain is changing—in these modern times the very essence of the country is shifting before us, and it's handy to have a reminder about exactly what it is that makes the country what it is. Which is where Top Gear A-Z of Britain comes in! With its canny mix of charm, tact, and wit, Top Gear is in the perfect position to take you on a whirlwind tour of these fair isles, offering a handy guide to all things British. From caravans to vicars, motorways to country pubs, cups of tea to endless, pointless conversations about the weather, no aspect of Britishness is left unexamined—and with Clarkson, Hammond, and May on hand to offer words of wisdom, what could possibly go wrong?

Title: Buy it! Go on, you know you want to!
Review: If you're looking for something to waste time with, this is about as good as anything out there. I mean that in a good way! This is a very entertaining book. If you're a fan of Top Gear, you'll appreciate the humour. Especially if you read it with Jeremy Clarkson's voice in your head. It would also be a good travel book for those visiting the country for the first time. There's nothing more embarrassing than mistaking the British Library for "a large branch of Tesco.." Not that I've ever done that...ahem...or risking ridicule by eating marmalade at the wrong time of the day. Not that I've ever done that either....

Title: great gift
Review: My wife loves Top Gear and I bought it as a gag gift for Mother's Day. it's a nice book, more of a coffee table book - nothing too heavy here; just more of these Brit's humor.

Title: A lightweight read!
Review: This is a fun read, but does require a Kindle Fire or above to read. That's because it is graphics intensive. The humor is fairly standard if you know the show.

Title: As expected, very entertaining read
Review: British writing about (almost) all things British with generous dose of British humor. Do not expect anything deep or philosophical. Just an easy and fun little book to work those smiling muscles

Review: I bought it as a birthday gift for a friend who is another Top Gear fan. He thought it was fantastic and was very pleased I'd bought it for him. I'd already skipped through it myself and thought it was very funny and entertaining.

Review: I gave it to my boyfriend for Christmas to go with his I Am The Stig t-shirt and two of the Where's the Stig? books. He really enjoyed it and would laugh out loud while reading it and show me definitions he knew I would enjoy. My only complaint is that we're in America and the hardcover isn't sold here, only the Kindle edition. Since he reads on his phone and doesn't have a tablet, I had to order the hardcover from Amazon.co.uk. At least the shipping was cheap and I ordered it well ahead of time.
