Title: All kinds of dumplings including newly developed
Review: I think many of us associate dumplings with Asian cuisine. But there are all sorts of dumplings. This book starts with some background information and tips. But then the fun starts. There are all sorts of recipes for dumplings, along with some beautiful photos.I appreciate that she has provided ingredient names and measurements that are clear to both Americans and other locations. Such as "Corned Beef" and "Salt Beef" or eggplant and aubergine. Or "cling film" and "plastic wrap."The author is a recipe developer and as a world traveler, she has created some delicious sounding meals. Many are fusion recipes, blending components from different cultures.A few that I will be trying first (because they look simple and delicious) are Air Fryer Crab Rangoons, Twist on a Reuben, French Onion Dumpling Soup, and The Oooof Dumpling Soup.

Review: I already loved following Emily on Instagram for her unique recipes and fun videos, but this book has surpassed all expectations!! It is so well thought through, has vegan and vegetarian options for EVERY recipe, and lists all the equipment you might need (a small list making this a very accessible activity). It even has WR codes to videos to show you how to fold the dumplings!I think making dumplings is such a fun family, partner and friends activity to do together - and I highly recommend following this book to help you get there!

Review: Just brilliant. Really good to find a recipe book with some different and exciting recipes. As a basic home cook I wouldn’t normally trust myself to experiment- but these recipes are really well presented and nothing seems too daunting to try. Can’t believe this is her first book - already looking forward to the next!! Have a feeling my friends and family will be getting this book for Christmas.

Review: Will be cooking this book cover to cover! Fantastic array of dumplings and stuffed parcels of deliciousness. The recipes are clear and easy to follow with the QR codes linking to videos to teach you how to fold and pleat your dumplings. Love the table for substitutions at the back, great for when you need to cater for someone with an allergy or dietary requirements.

Review: I was intrigued by the book title and the content available on Amazon page. Once received this book, anticipation turned in tondissapointment.There is good number of recipes that are trying to reinvent how to serve store bought dumplings (book is also giving you option to make the dumplings by yourself).

It’s clear that so much thought and care has gone into every aspect of the book from the delicious recipes to the beautiful images, qr codes to scan to take you to videos to help you learn to fold dumplings - the works! Have only had the book for a few days and already tried multiple recipes which have all been delicious, so excited to try more. Would definitely recommend- perfect for a present or just to try yourself!
