Review: I've tried trimming them, switching sides, but to no difference. Worn in my air max 90s (size 10) , AF1 Supremes Mid Tops (size 10), and regular af1 low top (size 9.5). They feel slightly better in my Jumpman MVPs (size 10) but still uncomfortable. They pinch and jab my toes and feet. Plastic isn't working for me so considering a foam alternative now..
