Title: Improves focus at the gym
Review: I've been taking this on and off for about a year now and definitely notice a difference in my focus at the gym. I take a stack of products for pre and this has been a necessity for the past couple months. I have incorporated it into all my workouts, including cardio. Review: Love this! I've been taking them for 3 weeks and they are working. I feel like because of my diet it has taking longer to work. I will have a good diet for 4 - 5 days a week and then eat whatever the rest of the week. I strongly believe if I had a stricter diet my progress would be further along. I am happy with my result. Weight has gone down a couple pounds but people have notice the inches I have lost.
