Review: I purchased this book as a gift to complete a "creme brulee" gift basket. I have used this book and it recipes for years - I love it. Everyone says "You make creme brulee but that's so hard" "It's easy I do it all the time", I reply. The reason it is easy is the book. I follow the recipes and they work and they do not require alot of time.

Review: One of my all time favorites for dessert, after a fine dining experience. I have enjoyed Creme Brulee, Flan, custards of all description all over the dining world, and this little gem of a book has captured ALL of the varieties known to the culinary world. I can hardly wait to get my eggs, creams and such together to start experimenting with the many techniques and ingredients that are suggested in this little book. Title: Elegantly Easy Creme Brulee
Review: I purchased this compact cookbook as it has a variety of recipes for creme brulee and other custard desserts. My daughter-in-law has tried a few of the recipes and has really liked them. The book was second hand and was in very good condition. There was a small tear on the book jacket.

Review: Extremely Disappointed!I had been given a Cook's Blow Torch and was eager to try it out. I was really pleased to find a cook book called `Elegantly Easy Crème Brûlée' - this is just what I needed (I thought). The book arrived and I seem to have spent half my time trying to find out the British equivalents of American `cups', which differ in weight depending on the ingredient, and `sticks' of butter. Had I known this book was American with NO British equivalents given I would definitely not have bought it.
