Title: Perfect for reverse searing steak or smoking cheese
Review: As the headline indicates, I use this tray primarily to reverse sear steaks, as well as cold smoking cheese. No complaints, it seems well made, easy to clean, the large gap between the grate and the tray guarantee good smoke coverage when cold smoking, as well as preventing my steaks from getting too hot on a single side when reverse searing before hitting the cast iron.

Title: Much needed!
Review: I love to bake crispy bacon in the oven and really needed a deep dish! I used parchment paper inside the dish because I know it will be less cleaning for me in the long run... The bacon didn't stick to the grill... When I first opened it up I was disappointed that the pan wasn't heavier or made heavy with the material they used... But, since I have used it, I was wrong.. it was perfect and I have even used it for BBQ wings that were bought frozen and do to it being a deep pan it warms all of my food without having to turn it over half way thru the baking of the food... I would definitely purchase this again and sorry I didn't sooner. Worth the money and not heavy at all... Get it as u won't be sorry!

Title: Rack won't hold up after 7-8 months
Review: Given the choice, would not buy again. First clue is in the description: "Made in the USA with rack from China"...PROs: The approach of baking bacon on a rack is IMO 100% the way to go. While preheating oven, I line the aluminim tray with a run of aluminum foil. Set rack on top and arrange 6 pieces of bacon on rack. In and out of the oven in 30 minutes and bacon is baked to a perfect crisp. After drippings cool to solid grease, lift foil out and dispose. The rack is the only clean up. I'll never hassle with cooking maintenance and messy clearnup of frying bacon in a pan or griddle again.CONs: ":...with rack from China"... The mystery black coating on the rack is a problem:1) Surprisingly, cooked bacon sticks to the rack. It is best to nudge the fresh-cooked pieces of bacon with a spatula to loosen them from the rack while they are still hot.2) Bits of cooked bacon remain stuck on the rack and are somewhat difficult to scrub odd. Recommend the use of a short plastic bristle brush and plastic brillo pad with hot soapy water.3) Biggest disappointment: after 7-8 months of baking and cleaning, the black mystery coating on the rack has begun breaking down. At this point the coating is stripped off about 1/3rd of the rack's surface -- exposing the metal surface -- and potentially impregnating tiny slivers of the mystery Chinese coating into the cooked bacon.My advice: Skip this product -- and spend the extra $$$ on a stainless steel rack and aluminum pan elsewhere.

Review: I love this pan. It is so versatile. It is well made, and easy to clean. This is a replacement pan for me, as we left our original pan in the sink for a couple of days with water and soap, and a bit of left over food particles. Well, the pan became pitted, and was badly stained. Not the pan’s fault. So this is a replacement. I would not settle for a pan like this of lesser quality. I trust this manufacturer, and have several baking pans made by them. My favorite by far!
