Title: slow cooker
Review: This is a 3 quart slow cooker. When you're cooking something smaller, this takes less time. Smaller storage space. Much easier to wash. Gives you more opportunity to cook smaller items.

Title: Perfect size for 2! Small or large appetites
Review: This is so cute! Compact enough to not take up a huge amount of storage space in the kitchen. Perfect capacity. I just half the usual recipes and it works out perfectly. There are just 2 of us, so this is good for 4 servings if you are a light eater, or 2 LARGE portions if you have a large appetite. I plan to use it for sides when the family comes over. One thing though, the metal exterior gets HOT!! So it's best to only handle the crock pot by the plastic handles. It will also warm your countertop a bit, but our countertops are formica and it didnt cause any discoloration or problems after cooking on low for 5 hrs. Overall, would purchase again and I do recommend this item.

Review: I had an issue due to damage in shipping. I was immediately sent a replacement.This is a VERY large slow cooker! if you have a lot of people to cook for, or are making large batches for freezing, etc., this is great.FYI: Because if the size, it tends to run hot. It will boil - even on low setting, if you don’t have a lot of food in with the liquid.

Title: Didn’t cook beans
Review: My first time using I decided to make pinto beans. After 8 hours on high beans were warm but not cooked. “Cooked” another 4 hours and still not done. After 12 hours on high I gave up and finished stove top. Really disappointed. Not worth trying to return because I already threw out the packaging. Will only be used to keep food warm, it does not cook!

Title: It takes forever to warm up
Review: I received this item in a timely manner.It's very well constructed and feels solid.It's a nice oval size.It has the basic controls, warm, low and hot.The first time I used it I set it on high. Four hours+ later it was just almost warm. Four additional hours (total of almost 9) it was finally hot but the food was just getting warm.If you just want to keep things warm this would work ok.I have other brand that hear to much faster so this is disappointing.
